Buyer Beware!!!
I would give them zero stars if possible. They made the cancellation process very difficult and little to no explanation on how to access your account to cancel. When I contacted them about my concerns, they were slow to respond and additional monies were withdrawn before I could cancel. They refused to issue a refund. Buyer beware......
Update: The company has refunded all monies. So thank you for that and for reviewing my concerns.

considering you're sending this questionier the second day of this experience, i dont know how you can expect anything good.
I did send an e-mail to customer support letting them know that I couldn't here the person talking but I could hear the music. the quick tip opened in the middle of a sentance so I didn't know what it was referring to. I also couldn't get past 29% of the lesson before it locked up. 7-18-25 I have spoken with the company and they have been very responsive to to my issues. They did refund my subscription and I had a long conversation with the owner with regards to my experience and I am going to give them a little time and then try it again. I felt like I was heard and they want to make the corrections.

I,e now been charged twice for this when I thought I was getting a free trial. I guess my first cancellation didn't take??? The "skills" are pretty lame, which I found out from the trial. But now i'm paying, though I have never received an invoice! I want all my money back. I see you answer all reviews on here, so I'm hopeful you will take a break from creating your paragraph-long AI reviews about people and their journeys and find a way to help.
