I have ordered Kona lamp. I am very happy with the purchase. Great quality, easy to assemble, beautiful colours and very friendly and helpful customer service. I am going to order another one and more products from noxu design. 🙂

I bought the minimal line lamp: The light is nice. It is as expected however the remote is tragic. Terrible user experience. You can't pick the color you want. Sure they have a color wheel but when you lift your finger it goes to another color. You have to settle for good enough. I noticed on their site they have ALL 5-star reviews. Given this, I'd bet their reviews are not accurate.

Amazing lamps! I ordered 5 with my first order and they all came in as expected. I had an issue with one of them not lighting up on the bottom half a couple of months in, but Michael was able to help me reset it am it is working perfectly. Great company and great customer service. Very satisfied!

I bought the Kona lamp as a feature for my games room. It’s an amazing addition, giving me the option to control the colour, brightness and speed of the light, creating different ambience depending on my mood. Couldn’t recommend this product enough. The team at Noxu are also very helpful with answering any queries. 10/10.

Ran into similar problems as others, ordered a lamp on December 26 with the promise of shipment within 1-2 days and delivery in 5-6 but received no update on my order status for a week upon which I emailed their customer support.

This email was ignored for another two days until I sent another email warning that any more delay will result in a chargeback and reporting to trading standards - which was responded to promptly by Michael who, like in other reviews here, promised to swiftly check in with their fulfillment team and get back to me in 24-48 hours. As expected, I still have not received a response 3 days later.

Leaving this review for now, to be updated on any changes or happenings regarding the order.

Edit:For any reviews that are looking for more potential avenues of recourse, although Noxu Design has a javascript element on their website to prevent users from accessing their website's html source code, upon closer inspection Noxu Design is hosted by shopify which means if 30 days has passed you may open a claim to shopify (Whether it be for non-delivery, fraudulent claims about the designing and manufacturing of their products, damaged or defective goods, etc.) simply by providing your completed order url (found in your initial order confirmation email) and explaining your issue.
Edit#2: 10 Minutes after my previous edit I was responded to again by Noxu with an update that my order will be shipped sometime from January 23-26 with a free upgrade to DHL Express and a discount code for future purchases. Admittedly that is a quick response, and I hope to improve this review upon receiving my product.
Edit#3: On January 28th I received yet another email from Noxu that my order will be delayed until the end of February or beginning of March, which upon receiving I then requested a full refund considering I had at this point not received my product in over 30 days. On February 1st, Dom of Noxu Design responded to my email that he would forward my request to their Finance Department and that I would receive a response within 2-5 business days - another deadline that has not been met. At this point they have ignored several emails regarding my refund which leaves me with either seeking compensation and support through Shopify, a chargeback in response to fraudulent activity through my banking institution, or legal recourse through Trading Standards.

Purchased the MusuCube as a gift for christmas - speedy delivery and I now want to keep it for myself! Love it, so cool

This lamp is a great design element which not only changes the room tone by colour to your linking but looks pleasing in general (I got the white lamp). Therefore, in stead of waisting money on reconstruction or expensive design elements, one could invest in a Noxu lamp.

Very fast acting customer service team! I'd originally ordered a galactica table lamp along with a sutikku floor lamp and had contacted customer services via their phone line. I was met with a pleasant chap who was happy to answer all the questions I had, I also went onto the topic of the noxuportal and had asked for some additional photos. Within 10 mins I had an email sent across to me containing loads of hands on photos and videos of the noxuportal and I was so amazed I decided to add the 50cm version to my order. I've since received my floor and table lamps and I'm really happy with them. A great experience overall and I cannot wait for my noxuportal to arrive!

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
- product is cheap and seriously overpriced
- no customer service
- very poorly wrapped upon arrival
- doesn’t come with a plug which you would expect for the price
- charges a restocking fee if you want to return the item which is a percentage of the cost of the price
- overall this company spends all their money marketing their product and none on a decent product- avoid!!!

I received my Kona lamp and I absolutely love it! Beautiful colors and fits perfectly in my room. Definitely would recommend to family and friends

I am so pleased with my Noxu floor lamp. The design is clean & thoughtful, and adds so much to the space. I also received excellent costumer service!

Ordered a table lamp, expecting delivery in 2 to 3 days. 10 days later, nothing had arrived. I emailed them and received response stating that the product I'd ordered was being manufactured and would arrive a month later... but the product they described was not the one that I ordered. Since then, every attempt to contact the has failed. Including phoning. I now regard myself as having ben scammed. Steer clear.

Update. After all the failed emails and failed phone call, I was phoned by the company - always a good sign. I explained what had happened and the person concerned - Dominic - said he'd look into it and promised to phone back within two hours. Which he duly did. He apologised for the confusion and offered a much superior product at no extra charge, to be shipped that afternoon. Whilst it hasn't yet arrived, I'm tracking it on DHL and so have no doubt that it will do so.

Sometimes things go wrong. The test then is how the company concerned responds. In my opinion, the response here has ben excellent and I'm happy with the outcome. So I retract my statement of criticism above and instead recommend Noxu as an online shop.

AAA service! Ordered 2 Musucubes, one each for my son and daughter. Prior to ordering I had a few questions regarding the product itself, and the authenticity of it. Following my query about it's authenticity Michael responded in a timely manner with a few photos of his own Musucube that was sitting right on his desk, this brought me instant reassurance and I went ahead and placed the order. The next day I'd taken delivery from DHL and opened them both to check everything was in order before gifting them to my children and I was really impressed with both the quality of the item and the infinity effect it gives off. I must say that I'll definitely be returning to Noxu in due course, I believe my heart is set on the noxuportal, I've never seen anything like it!

I had a number of questions about the Musu Cube, all answered quickly and with lots of detail. Really helpful people and a beautiful object delivered quickly!

I have Sutikku Floor Lamp and it’s amazing. It contributes greatly to my lounge modern look. There are tons of options to choose from depending on a mood or occasion, or you can just let colour and pattern change themselves and enjoy a fairy flow. At festive seasons I take pics of Christmas trees or pumpkins, or flowers and hearts experimenting with different lights combinations at the background. They come out like from the photo studio. Love sharing them on Instagram:)). My next purchase will be definitely one of the table lamps. Cannot wait to have one!

Amazing sales team and 0 hassle in terms of delivery. Ordered a few bits as Christmas presents for the children and parents prior to giving their sales team a call regarding some questions I had and it all arrived within 48 hours! I've only opened one of the wall lamps but I must say it looks class.

Really helpful customer service paired with some amazing quality products! I'd made a fairly large order consisting of 3 floor lamps, 1 wall lamp and 1 set of "Maroyaka Vases". I'd an enquiry regarding the compatibility of the 3 floor lamps I'd ordered and whether they could all be synced together, I was glad to hear that they could be, not only that but Harrison, the agent who helped me out sent me the instructions as to how I could pair one lamp to one remote if I didn't want them synced. I'd a few queries regarding shipping times and was met with some really insightful responses within a very timely manner. Once I took delivery of my order (48 hours from the order being placed) I was really impressed by the light given off by the floor lamps but especially the wall lamp I'd ordered (Chuku Cube) and how good it looked! Overall an A1 experience and have already placed my order for the Christmas presents intended for my kids.

I must say. some pretty cool designs! My plan was to get both the Galactica and Wareta Table Lamps, see which one I preferred then return the other one however when I'd received them I just couldn't justify returning either of them, they're so stunning!
