I have bought a number of bags from Shian and also sold through the ‘Nest.’ Always an absolute pleasure and such a lovely lady. My latest purchase - a beautiful Gucci bag - arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged. Items are always accurately described and fairly priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pre-loved bag.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. I contacted Shian with a request for a specific item and she contacted me when she had one in stock. She is so knowledgeable about the bags, provides so many photos as well as detailed comments, which is incredibly reassuring. The bag arrived beautifully packaged and Shian very kindly also includes a gift for my wife’s birthday. One of the key things is the level of authenticity that she provides, which is so important when buying a pre loved bag. I’d highly recommend NPN bags, she is a truly fabulous seller.
