First Time customer
Having been a first time customer I am really impressed, the transaction was smooth and the added extra customer service was superb because it was a present for my mum for Christmas. The item arrived within 2 days after order and came very well packaged, the bag itself was perfect and had a lovely personalised welcome with it and a chocolate. I will certainly buy from again especially if people are after a great present 🎁 as Shian is a lovely person and very caring regarding her customers.

Another seamless purchase from Shian. I’ve been buying from Shian for what must be around 20 years (on eBay before she opened her fabulous website). When buying from The Nest you just KNOW your item is going to be described so accurately there’s no way you’ll be disappointed when the item arrives. Her bags are such a delight to receive, from the little notes of appreciation to the careful packaging. I’m not a fan of preowned however with Shian I can buy (and sell) with complete confidence.
