I cannot recommend Shian highly enough having bought and sold a number of items via "the nest" over the years. She is the epitomy of honest and goes the extra mile to ensure that the items are described exactly as they are and you can be assured that you will receive a gorgeous, authentic item. As a seller I would not go anywhere else and I know I can entrust my items to Shian without worry, safe in the knowledge that she will find them a lovely new home where they will be cherished.

One of the best, if not the best pre loved site to buy from. The items are always in such great condition, all well described and photographed so you really get a sense of what its like but I always find when it arrives its even better than I thought it would be! Super speedy delivery, beautifully packaged and with all of the necessary documents. Highly recommend.

I have sold several bags and she describes them on her website in great detail so that buyers know exactly what they are getting. You really can buy with confidence. The communication is fast, clear and charming. Bags are priced fairly and and payments are made on the day agreed at the start of the process. I would never ever ever go to anyone else.
