Mendip Vale Medical Practice - I do not trust my son's health with you.

This is my feedback form to Mendip Vale Medical Practice in North Somerset - NOT the doctors who are generally excellent. The service they offer has got worse and worse and to the point that it is neigh on impossible for ordinary working people with children at school to sort an appointment. So this is real feedback that has been sent to them. I have been in touch with their CEO previously regarding issues of Bun Fight for appointments before they introduced the form. The form did not help other than introduce more paperwork and delays in getting appointments other than doing the bun fight and refusing to fill a form (almost impossible as my 84 year old mother found out when trying to get pain help that turned out to because of fractured vertebraes!

------------------
Getting in touch with you has got harder and harder and more and more impossible. I resigned to the fact that we have to fill a form and submit it for it to be assessed over a few days rather than being in the bun fight for an appointment which just is impossible if you have a child at school.

Today I try to fill the form for my sons symptoms to be assessed and an appointment in a couple of days, to find that now the form can no longer be completed out of hours. WHY?? It is a form that is reviewed at a latere point so why is there a problem with submitting during the evening when not at work or not on the school run. Mendip Vale just seem to be trying their very best to make it impossible to make an appointment with them or get any medical assistance. Absolutely ridiculous !

I think I will also post this feedback to Trustpilot because I do not trust Mendip Vale Medical Practice with my son's health. Fact!
