I have since my first review advised NSI that one of their members is charging customers contrary to a new law. Zero response. So their thorough checks don’t pick up changes to the law and they apparently don’t advise members accordingly. Totally worthless being a member.
Extremely Rude and just right think they own the whole Sector! Highly recommend the government to audit these people or close them down for monopolization of the trade.
They need to have better auditing of the companies listed like Verisure who claim to be fully regulated when only having their alarm receiving centre complaint. The alarm itself isn’t approved therefor no insurance company approve of their systems resulting in void insurance.
I recently contacted NSI with regards to a complaint against one of there gold star awarded companies.
The impression NSI left me with, was one of, they don't investigate complaints thoroughly.
My complaint could of potentially resulted in lost of life, therefore, I was expecting NSI to leave no stone un turned.
