I still have not received my plaque and my lapel pin was missing from my induction packet
Beautiful...absolutely beautiful.

The certificate plaque is decent. It could have been more personalized with the organizations name on and not just a medallion that you can hardly see. Due to the high shipping fees and protection cost is why I'm giving it four stars. And because the organization name should be on the plaque.

I purchased the three NSLS modules Foundations of Leadership, Advanced Leadership Certification, and Executive Leadership Certification, and I can confidently say that this experience has been transformative for my personal and professional growth. The premium wooden plaques with medallions are not just symbols of achievements but also representations of the dedication, effort, and growth I’ve experienced as a leader. The design of the plaques is impeccable high-quality wood, a beautifully integrated medallion, and a refined finish make each certificate truly stand out. These frames not only highlight my accomplishments but also elevate them, serving as constant reminders of my commitment to excellence and leadership. Beyond the certificates themselves, I am deeply grateful to NSLS for creating such a comprehensive and meaningful program. Each module challenged me to push my boundaries, strengthened my vision as a leader, and provided practical tools to make a positive impact on my surroundings. NSLS gave me not just knowledge but also inspiration and a sense of community key elements for continuous growth. Thank you, NSLS, for being a part of my journey and for providing a space where leaders can develop and thrive with purpose. I highly recommend these modules and plaques to anyone seeking a transformative experience that truly makes a difference.

The Certificate holder is nicely built and the seal at the bottom really brings quality to the frame. Just waiting to complete my final SNT to receive my Induction certificate.

I know I have accomplished my goals. When I set goals for myself in the past, taking a management development course, and I believe I can pursue this assignment, when I had the chance to prove it to myself and to others, and I did it. Thanks. Ida

Frame doesn’t align well and clear plastic front. I would prefer a perfect frame fit and glass.

I had an issue with this award. Although I loved it dearly they made a mistake with my name. My name is John Dombrowski but they put Alexis Graham on it by accident.

Excellent overall. My recommendation are to: 1) Make the ceritificate where it fits in the large wooden frame (even make it come with the frame, if possible); and, 2) Make the certificate indicate that the student was “(Student’s Name) has been inducted by (Univeristy Name) in the National Society of Leadership & Success for demonstrating academic achievement and leadership skills”.
