My experience with The National Society of Leadership and Success has helped me grow as a student by building my leadership and communication skills. As I graduate, I appreciate the motivation, personal development, and networking opportunities the organization provides.

Both products awesome except I thaught both coffee mugs were the big one except it turns out the smaller one turned out to be perfect but I would of prefer a big one. Definitely will keep buying and recommend it.

Joining the National Society of Leadership and Success has been a great move for me. It’s not just leadership training — you actually get access to real opportunities. I’ve been able to apply for scholarships, connect with people who are doing big things, and even explore chances to travel for events and conferences. The speakers are motivating, the community is solid, and the whole experience pushes you to level up and stay focused on your goals. If you’re trying to grow, stand out, and open doors for yourself, NSLS is definitely worth it.

I am always able to call and ask questions and receive a answer if they don't know they find someone to help me.

It took over 60 days to grade my SMT. I had to put in several trouble tickets for them to deny my work for my read submission. Only after I talk to my chapter president was a situation resolved.

I had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. They answered my questions, provided great customer service, and made the whole process easy. I would definitely recommend this company to others and would come back again.

I had to wait over 3 mo ths for my induction kit. Then being told I didn't have a graduation kit coming when I paid for one. Then there were several systematic errors every time my kit was to be shipped.

Focused on Personal and Professional Growth

I had a difficult time tracking my order once it was placed. I'm not a fan of automated options because I usually contact the wrong department. I'm glad that support got back to me in time to learn about my order.

I was able to listen to people talk that I'm fond of and be able to relate to them and feel special because I was one of a select few that were able to watch those videos of the NSLS speakers. I thought it was beneficial and it made me think and prioritize my goals. It was important to me. The staff members that ran the SNT's did a great job. Communication was perfect. Thank you.

I ordered almost $250 with the products from the NSLS store received an incorrect size on my red leadership shirt. I called the customer service line to receive the correct shirt gave them my address phone number or email address and they could not even pull up the invoice that was very irritating I had to screenshot a copy of the invoice. Email it to them before they would even address my issue so they had no knowledge of my order until I gave it to them.

The experience taught me how to organize and divide my goals into steps instead of trying to do it all at once.

NSLS did a great job providing baseline leadership experience. The training given is invaluable for new/young leaders and a good refresher for seasoned leaders.

When I was inducted into the organization, merchandise was sent out. I didn’t receive it, I waited for weeks before ordering new items because graduation is in a couple of weeks. Now I have 2 sets of items, and they won’t allow refunds. I don’t think that it’s fair honestly.

So far so good very prompt
