This a joke! Shipping protection should be included in the shipping fees. They charge six extra dollars on top of the $12.00 you already pay for shipping cost. This is a rip off! Unnecessary charge. Just another way for this organization to take advantage and more money from college students. And to top it off, if you do not elect to take the shipping protection. There is an entire section that tells you that you're not guaranteed to receive your items, and they (NSLS) are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise! Who does this. SCAMMING! Buyer beware.
