Kelly, Mark and the whole NTP team have been great help with offering support whenever you need it. Put in the work and you'll pass. It's not easy to find the time especially when you work but got it done in the end.

I used NTP to gain my Transport Manager CPC qualification. They were a brilliant company to use. I couldn’t fault them. After getting half way through and hitting a brick wall, I’d lost all my confidence. Having reaching out to the tutors with my struggles, I had weekly scheduled Tutor support meetings with Kelly to help with learning techniques and once I felt happy with moving forward in the course, I had fortnightly meetings with Darryl to keep me motivated and on track. It was brilliant and really helped me regain the confidence I needed to complete the course. Mark was also brilliant to speak with prior to exams, he gave a real insight of what to expect on exam day which was a great bonus. They are only ever a call away with questions or queries and the online chat is brilliant to clarify a question.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else wishing to gain their CPC. Thank you so much for everything.

Couldn’t ask for more, when you needed assistance they were always there. The content of the course was brilliant, very well set out and easy to understand and find the information. The podcasts are brilliant and very well thought out. Will definitely be back for further course.

Good course content and good course tutors.

I was training for the passenger carrying vehicle cpc. I had training with a previous company and got no where. When I started training at NTP, I found that things started to make more sense and I passed the first part of my exam. This was only because of the amazing support and guidance of Mark. He is the best tutor in learning what you need to know to pass the exam and how to run a company in the future after passing. I would like to give Mark 5 stars for support, Thank you Mark!

The course I completed was if I’m being honest really quite difficult and at times I was baffled. That’s where I found NTP absolutely fantastic. There were always there to guide me and advise me. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and very welcoming. The course itself was well set out and easy to follow. Yes I would 100% recommend NTP to anyone thinking about using them .

I passed my Transport Manager course with NTP a few weeks ago. At the beginning of the journey I wasn't sure if I should learn it by the book myself, online or in class. Taking into account the main pros and cons I decided to go for online learning as it gives you more flexibility (I work full time) in comparison with in class and can learn by yourself the vast majority of the material, but you still have sessions with tutors for the parts you don't quite understand or for optimization on how to prepare best and trust me - you need them. The team was one great experience from the day 0 - James from the sales team was straight to the point and nice I figured out all the details I needed in around 10 mins and it was him who explained to me the pros of online method ('Yeah of course,' I thought 'the company is selling it what else they would say' but now looking back I understand that his advice was actually gold in that moment as if I went for learning by the book option by myself I wold most likely not pass the test, really. So thank you James if you're reading it:)
When it comes to the course materials - they compressed it as much as it only possible with keeping it suitable for preparing and passing the test. You gust need to grind on it, there's no other way. The lessons are divided on pieces approximately 10-20 minutes each which makes it easier for you to keep focused taking little brakes after each block.
Your sessions with tutors is one of the main parts of the course after the biggest piece of work is done and materials are digested. They check (electronically through the tests so pass them as they recommend, they know why they recommend it EXACTLY this way, don't try to cheat on the training tests as by that you shoot yourself in the leg by not letting them to determine and draw you attention to the weak points that you need to reinforce to pass). My sessions with Mark made a REALLY big part of my passing, as he gave me the tested useful insights and proven techniques used by previous students that passed and now their list is extended by 1, it works and based on my particular results in training tests he
showed me the areas I needed to improve. A piece of advice - listen carefully when you have one to one sessions, those people know what they are talking about. Mark - without your guidelines I probably wouldn't have passed, the level on which you feel the details of the particular student's case is sincerely fascinating, like art!
Kelly is an amazing woman with a big heart. My first sessions was with her and when I thought that I learned EVERYTHING and for some reason got stuck with one of the tests for a couple of days, she explained exactly where I made a mistake in learning in literally a few minutes, the problem was solved if I learned the materials by myself I don't know how long would it take to find and learn those pieces myself. Later when I had some questions with postage and the situation was urgent (I really needed the certificate as soon as possible) she answered even in the late evenings (8-9pm) which I am really thankful for because in that moment I really needed that. It's great to know that we still have people dedicated to what they do like you!
If you're reading this review in the point where I was when I was deciding - when you just know that you need the certificate, how do you get it? NTP is one of the shortest ways to it that really works.

Absolutely fantastic service from NTP from start to finish. I had a number of issues accessing the course due to my company's security processes, and the operators on Live Chat couldn't have done more to help. I will come back to use this company again due to the exemplary service.

Great studying opportunity for people who is working and looking for develope theirselves. Team of NTP is always helful, friendly and professional. Learning materials are made using easy language, which is easy to remember. My course was CPC Transport Manager in Haulage Transport. The course is not an easy one but with NTP help and support I have got my qualification. Would recommend NTP for people looking to study online.
