Just passed my Passenger transport manager cpc with NTP. highly recommend NTP learning if thinking about studying for this qualification , i had tried home study packages in the past and never really got anywhere with them , once enrolled with ntp i was granted access to the full course study notes which were also in printed form , very easy to follow and understand , the 1:1 tutor support is also excellent and i used this quite few times for anything i was struggling with , the staff at ntp are friendly and always there to help when needed

I had a really positive experience with this provider, everything I needed in one place and the tutors and other staff were very friendly and hands on, if i ever had any question or problem they were very quick to reply.

Great tutors. Support network is great. Tutors are available very quickly and very helpful. I found a few Teams meetings and them explaining what I was stuck or confused on very helpful. Kerry and Mark in particular helped me only multiple occasions and got me exam ready.

Would recommend them. Looking at doing my advanced TM CPC with them soon now I’ve passed my TM CPC

Dissapointed with overall course content.

Being able to take your time, and do the work when it suits me as an individual. Also can move about on my laptop to computer is a big plus, because I can continue learning whilst travelling.

The course is very relevant and the tutors are on hand if you have any problems. well set out and very easy to use

Studying with NTP was a great experience. The study materials are well presented and easy to access. The support and assistance from NTP was always prompt and helpful. The exam preparation materials for the multiple choice were really thorough and the case studies prepared you well for sitting the exam.

I just passed my second exam for CPC transport manager, and it is a big thank you to the team of NTP. I am a mum of a boy with full time job and it is not easy add study to it. Learning process set up perfectly to any one.
