Needed an electric shower fitted, they sent an engineer out the very next afternoon who did the job in about half an hour.

I had initially contacted another business (Warmington) when our boiler broke down leaving us without hot water/heating. They sent an engineer, but he was unable to provide a quote there and then and told me to wait for the office to send it through. 2 days later and I'm still waiting on their quote, despite phoning to chase up!

On the other hand, Nu Age were absolutely fantastic, a pleasure to deal with. Exceptionally proffesional in their admin duties including booking an engineer visit, explaining their processes and costs upfront.

The engineer that attended was extremely efficient, had diagnosed the issue, sourced parts and replaced them all within 90 minutes - all on the the same day I made an appointment with them.

I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

I had my gas fire and surround removed today by Nu Age throughout the whole estimate and booking process Sian was very helpful and professional and today Mac was also very helpful and professional and gave some very helpful advice about my boiler and heating system so I feel I had a great job done at a fair price. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely use this company again.

A powercut caused my boiler to stop working. I contacted Nu Age Heating and Interiors to diagnose the problem after seeing good reviews online. I initially spoke to Sharn in the office who was really polite and helpful. She was able to book an appointment for Mac to come and assess the issue. Mac arrived and was instantly friendly and understanding of the situation I was in, as we had no hot water. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The fuse board had to be replaced. He was able to source the part needed and come out and fit it the following day. Sian in the office kept me updated on the costing and sent out an invoice for the work done. There were no hidden extras. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

After a serious leak into our living room and two plumbers who told us the job was very difficult / challenging - I contacted NU-Age (who I had happily used before at my mother's property).
Their plumber, Frankie, was absolutely excellent - a great ambassador for his company. He fixed the leak within 2 hours - no fuss - just great service.

I needed two radiators repaired as they stopped working, I also needed them both to be moved to another part of the room. I reached out to Nu Age Heating & Interiors Ltd and they quickly got back to me asking questions about the work required. I spoke to both Sara and Kieran who were extremely helpful and they gave a quote that was very reasonable. Once the job was booked in, Frankie came to do the job and he was excellent. His work was efficient, clean and very professional. I'm honestly very happy with the completed job and the service received and I would definitely use their services again.

We had a small cupboard converted into toilet&basin by Nuage. Kieran's detailed quote was very helpful, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
