Our old boiler was not working efficently. We decided to change it. From the time of quotation, Daniel, manager of Nu Age, impressed me for his honesty and patience and we decided to go with Nu Age service.

Their team came on time and conducted installation in very professional way, and fix all issues during the tests.

Past few years I have used Nu Age to service my elderly mother’s boiler/heating.
Due to her age they have always responded quickly.
All staff are polite and respectful and I cannot always be present when they visit which isn’t an issue as they are always available to speak to.
Arranging, billing and communication is an easy process.

After being let down by other companies, Mac from nu age came to fit my gas cooker. Politely asked if I wanted him to take his shoes off.

Always use NuAge they installed our boiler and we have them every year to service. As always efficient and polite. Would certainly recommend them.

Called for an appointment to fix a leaking boiler. Very good customer service over the phone. The man came on time. Took about 10 minutes and diagnosed a leak in the sump and condensate trap. Took £90 for the visit, which I knew beforehand.
Then they send a quotation of over £300 for this work to replace the parts. As I felt it was a lot on money, I had a look at the boiler myself, I could not see any leak in those area mentioned in the quotation. Fiddled around with some pipes and put the cover back on. No leak so far.
Very disappointment with the diagnosis and the fees.

Where do I start i'm totally and utterly over the moon with the service, the price and the workmanship, A professional company the fitters knew exactly what needed doing and got on with it.

I could even leave them with a key while I popped out a few times.

They cleaned up and vacuumed up after themselves every night nothing was to much trouble for them.

I had a new Boiler and Central Heating fitted just before Christmas now just had my Bathroom done and next the Kitchen that's how pleased I am with the overall experience.

After a lock out the boiler needed a fix, they attended promptly and assessed situation with a service and found fan was the cause which would be expensive ..advised by Worcester Bosch that it may be in the longer term interest to replace 12/13 year old boiler.Due consideration was given by Nu Age who were able to replace within three days. Excellent service from Daniel and his team.
