Very Helpful ! And Easy! Clint was the Best

I have been using this system from it's beginning. There were a few kinks to work out with the filters, and probably still are with the electronics. However, your support team has been the best all the way along, and the improvement is great. I always get the right help advice , and i have to say they are very patient and kind and very effective. Thank You

JENNIFER was very helpful throughout…

JENNIFER was very helpful throughout our communications. She asked what my challenge was and I explained. She sent me a link to the video showing the maintenance process. It was very helpful. I was ready to drop your service, but because of JENNIFER's communication, I have resubscribed for the new filters.

NuAqua has been great to work with

NuAqua has been great to work with. Jennifer was very helpful in resolving an issue I had. I had to replace the original NuAqua system I bought because I needed the pump version of the system instead. The return process was very smooth, and I received the refund quickly. I recommend them. They are a good company to work with.

Water filter kit damaged and replaced in record time.

I was replacing all the filters in my nuaquasysrem and when I opened the UV light tube the glass was broken. I emailed the company and Jennifer responded. She very quickly responded with an email letting me know a replacement UV lamp would be sent to replace the broken one. Easiest call for a problem I have ever made.

Kayla didn't rush our call. She listened, is very patient, easy to talk with. She answered all my questions and gave clarity to the emails I've been receiving. Great Customer Service

Jennifer went above and beyond to help me with my issues of my water system. She guided me step by step on everything she needed to find a solution which allowed her to focus on what where the problems of the system. Without any questions she put replacement parts for my system. Recommend this company great customer service and great products even when your system down the people at Nu Aqua will help you get it back into perfect condition.

It was pleasant to get a human so…

It was pleasant to get a human so quickly. Sandy was eager to help and informative. She listened to my questions and gave appropriate responses. I was unable to respond immediately, but Sandy was still there. I look forward to using your RO system for my classroom and appreciate the educator discount!

The customer service representative was fantastic!

The customer service representative was top-notch! She found the information that I was seeking on the dimensions of the filtering system.
She also offered and got me a discount code. Very pleasant and very helpful!!
And I wasn’t on hold for more than a couple minutes at a time.

Five years and counting…

We have had our NuAqua system (6 stage) for five years. It has served us well. Recently, the UV sanitizer ballast quit. In getting that issue resolved, email support (namely JENNIFER) was very helpful in helping troubleshoot and recommend the appropriate parts to repair.
