Kayla knew how to change the account to…

Kayla knew how to change the account to my name email and subscription payment since my husband has recently passed away. She then knew how to check the unit to see why the red light was flashing- it meant look at the unit lights and change the filter indicated.

I've put off scheduling your automatic…

I've put off scheduling your automatic renewal of filters because I'm not great on new websites. After working with Jennifer (she was a life-saver) I am so glad that I got this going! Life is too short to stress over remembering to order filters. Jennifer made the process easy and she was able to create my getting all the replacements that I needed, at the change in schedule that I needed. Thank You Jennifer!!

A Satisfied Customer …

I was very grateful to have finally get the product I needed. My fault I waited too long to send back the wrong order. Working with Jennifer has been a blessing. We kept up the communication, which is critical in solving issues. Customer Service gets a 5 ⭐️ rating. Thank You Jennifer.

Leaking unit replaced

I developed a leak in my Nuaqua water filter system. I sent a email on Saturday to customer support and received a response the following Monday morning. After answering a few questions I received another email Monday afternoon telling me they were sending me a new replacement unit. I couldn't believe how quickly my issue got resolved.

NuAqua filters and support were able to help me

I have used Nu Aqua for a while and really do like the quality of water that comes out of their filtration system. Recently I had an issue with an order and Jennifer was able to help me out. I do appreciate the quality that NuAqua System has and look forward to using them for the future.

Outstanding customer support

I had an issue with my countertop system and Jennifer found a solution to the problem. I love that Nu Aqua has outstanding customer support and they always find a way to help you what you need, so major kudos to Jennifer and the customer support team!

I accidentally ordered the wrong RO kit…

I accidentally ordered the wrong RO kit and wanted to make a change. This was my first time ordering from Nuaquasystems.... I got on their live chat. Earl jumped on right away, I mentioned my problem, he did some aquafantastic magic (Yes this is a word) on the back end and fixed my order. Took all of maybe 5-10 minutes. I know that might seem like a long time but...compared to some places when online ordering....there was no 3 days back and forth via email with these guys, it was instant! my order is fixed (even though it was my own mistake) and these guys rocked it! This is how CS should be! For real.... Thank you, again! Excited to try out my new RO system!

Great customer service!

Clint Westwood was very helpful in clarifying how to order my replacement filters for my 800GPD system. He also did a great job answering all my questions and assisted me with applying for a filter replacement subscription to make future ordering a breeze. The subscription also provides me with a lifetime system warranty. Thanks!
