Great customer service!

Clint Westwood was very helpful in clarifying how to order my replacement filters for my 800GPD system. He also did a great job answering all my questions and assisted me with applying for a filter replacement subscription to make future ordering a breeze. The subscription also provides me with a lifetime system warranty. Thanks!

Excellent customer service/100% pure.

Excellent customer service, never had a problem. Being the proud owner of the reef series, I must say that it exceeded my expectations. 100% pure water, I've tested it, and the flow is much faster than any other system I've ever used. To be honest the others were one drip at a time. The Nu Aqua Reef Series is very consistent, and the quality of the filter replacements remain top notch with no decline in quality. I would recommend this product to anyone, anywhere, at anytime. This is a really good system.

I needed replacement filters

I needed replacement filters, but was unsure of what I needed. Earl helped me find them and got them ordered for me right away. It was a seamless experience!

It was VERY SLOW for the first 15…

It was VERY SLOW for the first 15 minutes.
Eventually CLINT was able to get the correct filters sent to me, I hope. It took 38 minutes to get NuAqua to send me the missing parts of my order.

Wonderful Customer Service Experience!

I was changing filters and one of the elbow fittings on the RO Housing Membrane had broken inside the shell. I thought we were going to have to purchase a whole new housing piece, but customer service sent a video on how to remove it and will be sending a replacement piece out to us. Abby was such a helpful person, so thankful for this company!

The best so happy i chose NU

I cannot say enough great things about the Nu Aqua system and their team. Their communication has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They are incredibly quick to respond, take the time to explain every little detail, and make sure everything is working exactly as it should.

What stood out to me most is how much they genuinely care about your safety and health. You never feel rushed or brushed off. Instead, you feel supported, informed, and confident in your decision. It’s rare to find a company that is this attentive, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, and Nu Aqua goes above and beyond.

Recommend!

Recommend! I have contacted customer service more than once with questions and concerns about products, deliveries and even exchanged a 7 step RO system to include a pump since we're on a well and responses were timely, courteous and they were able to fulfill each request! Very satisfied with the water quality as well, I've had about 6 months and will be changing filters soon which I anticipate will be without any issues.

You have great customer service. And I thank you very much for your assistance in the matter that I had. And it is now resolve. Thank you. Jennifer for contacting me. I appreciate you all. That's why I went for your system. I'd done my research, but the problem is. I knew what kind of system I wanted. You had it, I just didn't go through all of Em. If I did, I'd have got the 7 stage first, where I do things by myself? And build things from the ground up. It was easy for me to tear this unit down. And put it back together and get everything. Running properly with them new parts. You sent me so I had no problem with that. Thank you very much, Daniel.
