Bella Pratt, our NUCO rep, steady and switched on,
First one up when the early alarm’s gone.
Lift passes checked, timetables tight,
Making sure everyone’s in the right place, right time.
She’s sorting the serious stuff, calm and clear,
Answering questions no one else wants to hear.
When plans change last minute or someone’s unsure,
Bella’s the constant — organised, secure.
Then the sun dips low and the skis get stacked,
Jackets come off, the day unwinds back.
Frog Summit buzzing, laughter in waves,
Still keeping an eye on the people she’s paid to keep safe.
Favella later, lights low, music loud,
The team all together, lost in the crowd.
Even off-duty, she’s quietly aware,
Making sure everyone’s good, still showing she cares.
From mountain mornings to nights out late,
She balances both without dropping the weight.
Not just for the socials, not just for the role,
Bella’s a rep who genuinely holds the whole.

The accommodation was acceptable but slightly lacking. Room cleanliness and bedding was underwhelming, however the reps, especially Jasmine made up for it. She came and visited us and was the loveliest person and gave us all a smile and listened to all our comments. The best member of staff we dealt with by far! Very receptive and finally felt as though we had support from NUCO.

Our room check rep was James, the most thorough and kindhearted guy ever!!! He also heroically saved my night at yeti by being the funnest guy you can imagine. Big up!

James Zhou was the best rep i have ever had. he dealt with all our problems and made every night 10 times more fun. i would trust him with my life and i would never come NUCO again if he isn’t here. what a rep.

We stayed at les arcs and our rep was the one and only james zhou (kimchi). Potentially the most unreal human i have ever met. He saved me from a burning building after saving 25 small french children. He also spilt up a fight between a large group of kings students (causing unmeasurable trouble) and some french local tarts. I would trust him with my young children, he has some of his own he doesnt know about. He does no drugs and consumes 0 alcohol. Let me reiterate ZERO alcohol. What a man!!!

James was THE BEST nuco rep ever, we know HR is not a fan - but we all think he brings the vibes and there’s no way we’d replace him. Honestly if he leaves we leave and never return.

NUCO delivered the snow, the parties and the sheer volume of questionable decisions. However, my true highlight was NUCO Rep Ethan. He’s the real MVP. I’m pretty sure his job title is actually 'Professional Fun-Haver and Crisis Averter.' He didn't just 'rep,' he performed. Give this man a raise, a night off, or at least a lifetime supply of Flügel. 10/10, absolutely legendary trip, thanks to Ethan!

Honestly an excellent value. The reps are great, hit my head and needed to find my way to the ER and asked a random rep and Ali went the extra mile to help. He turned out to be my rooms rep as well which was a pleasant surprise.
The company clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure you have a good time. The Varsity ski trip was excellent.
They could fix a couple organisation issues but their care and costumer service is top notch which really made the difference.

Edit: 5 to 3 stars. That organisation and customer service is not as good as I had hoped. They accidentally charged me for an event I did not book, attend, or ever receive tickets for and then refused to refund it or acknowledge their fault. It's a shame but being so directly mistreated has quite tainted my perception of Nuko and the otherwise excellent trip they provided.

Been having an amazing time in Les Deux Alpes. Thanks a lot to Campbell, our nuco rep, who has made the whole experience super enjoyable and easy.

Shout out to the reps, Campbell especially made the trip so easyyy.

The trip was so fun! It was my first time skiing and the Nuco rep Campbell really helped me manage my nerves and overcome my fear of the slopes. 10/10 would def recommend.

Skiing holidays done right! Allez NUCO

The trip was overall good, the mountains and the skiing (lessons too) were very enjoyable.

However, several factors were really not well organised. NUCO split up our group of 5 into two different apartments, putting 3 of us in a room with 3 other people who did not know each other!! (So for no reason... we asked to keep the group together.) It was only thanks to one of us contacting the other people originally allocated to our apartment that we managed to stay together.

The room reps were kind, but simply not particularly useful, and insistent on asking for good reviews. The information room reps had to read out regarding cleanup at the end of the trip was too general, and they themselves did not know how much of it really applied to our specific accom...
NUCO reps in general were nice, friendly and approachable around the resort, happy to give directions; live chat responses were also quick which was good.

Also, procedure to recover lost equipment at NUCO-run event (Mega Après, went missing from the area where NUCO supposedly kept an eye on it) was terrible and yielded nothing. (Have emailed directly, I hope this does not happen again.)

I really enjoyed the Varsity trip at Val Thorens! NUCO was amazing, I met the lovely rep Matilda on the coach ride there & got plenty of skiing tips so I was able to make the most of my week as a complete beginner.
Our room rep Lucia was also lovely, so friendly & great at solving problems while we were there. On the 5th day I had lost my wristband while I was out skiing and I didn’t know what to do but Lucia handled the situation so well and ensured I got another wristband so I could go out that evening!
I would 100% recommend NUCO and the reps are amazing, especially Matilda & Lucia & if you have them you are in good hands xx

Nenah is a phenomenal rep for nuco so inviting and kind to members of Plymouth snow riders. Bring the vibes and looked after all of our Freshers made sure that they were able to enjoy their first trip away and we are incredibly grateful. Best rep ever 😍😍😍
