Love nudie jeans. Delivery has always been quick and colours and fit as expected. I have bought a few pairs over the years and the only place I buy jeans from!

Nudie- customer service
I purchased a pair of Nudie lab 35 Tuff Tony these jeans were unique to Nudie and cost £270 I have worn the jeans twice and the top button has broken off. I contacted the Soho store in London who are very helpful and advise me to contact customer service via email.
I have sent five emails and four days later received a response and their response was they have been ‘mega busy in the office’ I explained my situation and I received a response from a chap called Joel I responded to his email and yet again I have been totally ignored
I have been loyal to Nudie jeans for the best part of 15 years. And this is how I am treated. They were very happy to take my money but their after-care service is appalling.
I have no idea where I stand and I have made a sensible suggestion to resolve this which isn’t my job to do!
I have sent another email to Joel asking him to please sort this problem out.
No doubt I will have to wait another 4 days to get a response.
If I had been treated a little bit more fairly as in if they had a responded to me, I would’ve probably just gone away and sorted the problem out myself. But I’m so frustrated and frankly annoyed with the way that I’ve been treated. The Online service is appalling and I really hope the CEO
JOAKIM LEVIN reads this.
Bought the Tuff tony pants in black
Bought the Tuff tony pants in black. Had to send back and size up as the size was off, then after owning for a month or two they started shrinking. Not sure why they aren't pre-shrunk, or this point advertised more. In the details it says they may shrink up to 5%, but they definitely feel like they've shrunk more than this. Shame because the quality is amazing, fit was great when I first got them.
Happy Customer
This ‘review’ relates to Soho, London. The product range is good, the store laid out nicely and customer service excellent. Nod to John.
Hopefully I won’t need their free repair service anytime soon but if I do I will report back.
Overall a really good in store experience.
Liars - no free repairs
They advertise as free repairs, yet have no repair shops in the country they sell in. You can't send in the post for repair and they see it as bad for the environment. BS. It will cost the earth more to make another pair instead of fixing my pair by post. Do not support companies that lie .. FY Nudie
Great fit but poor quality denim
Great fit but poor quality denim. The free repairs is just bait to get you spend so much for this por or mediocre jeans. What should be a 5 minute repair takes a month, just a ploy to sell their payed repair service. Such an expensive pair of jeans should not need any repairs in 6 months in the first place.
Worn Nudie for over 10 years and…
Worn Nudie for over 10 years and normally are excellent, bought a raw denim selvage ‘gritty Jackson’ in my normal 34/32 , fit is terrible and denim quality is so thin , unfortunately I pulled tags off when trying them on so can’t return , never will buy Nudie again and I’ve got over ten pairs of
Absolute rubbish
Poor customer service
Returned jeans in the same condition as received, yet was falsely accused of significant wear. Had the item for only a week and only tried them on. Customer service, especially Mike, was unprofessional and dismissive. Very disappointing experience.
I bought two pairs of Nudie jeans in…
I bought two pairs of Nudie jeans in January, but only one pair arrived. The invoice in the parcel listed both pairs. I contacted Nudie customer service, requesting either a refund or delivery of the missing pair.
I was shocked by the response from someone named Mike. He referenced the parcel's weight, which was higher than that of just one pair of jeans, and curtly claimed that I received both pairs and would not be refunded or sent a replacement. It felt like they were accusing me of lying.
I then called a Nudie store in the UK, and they advised me to contact Sweden directly. They also reached out on my behalf. I sent another email, more firmly requesting a refund. The reply was even ruder, stating that the decision was final, and suggesting I request a chargeback from my bank.
I felt insulted by this response. Later, Mike emailed again, acknowledging the issue with his previous message and offering me a voucher for the value of the jeans, likely realizing he'd overstepped. I accepted the voucher just to end the ordeal.
This went on until the end of February. It was a very unpleasant experience, and because of it, I won’t be using Nudie again.
Great durability in production, but not real life
Great durability in production, not in jeans unfortunately. I bought expensive selvage jeans 9<250-300 euros), they got holes within 3-6 months. Very very very big disappointment.
Customer service replaced 1 pair 1 time, but after 6 months same I got the same issues. They can repair, but this is not possible in the seating area....
They say that they never have issues with quality or complaints, but reading the reviews here tells another story...
Not recommended.
Been buying Nudie jeans for over 10…
Been buying Nudie jeans for over 10 years and always loved them because the quality and fit was consistently good. In the last couple of years though the quality has dropped a lot. I bought two pairs about a year ago which were longer than they should have been according to their size guide but decided to sort that myself. Since ordering another pair in December 2024, I was sent two pairs which were not the right size. The customer service attitude was absolutely appalling. I had to provide photos of the measurements to convince them they were wrong and even with photographic proof their customer service guy - Joel - continues to claim they are the right size because someone told him they were, even though he had no proof of that. Unbelievably arrogant when the proof was provided. I finally got a pair which were the correct size according to their measurements nearly 7 weeks after my initial order only for the top button to fall off on the second wear. No offer to repair them, no gesture of goodwill even suggested to reflect the problems I’d had getting on pair of jeans, just return for a refund and another shrug of the shoulders from Joel. Something has clearly changed with the quality of their jeans and if they don’t fix their customer service ethos they will lose lots more customers as the market is getting more competitive. They absolutely don’t care about their customers so only thing you can do is stop buying. I won’t be buying them again.
Great looks/fit, amazing repairs in Copenhagen
Great quality jeans. I have had a pair of Tuff Tony for about three years now and recently bought a pair of Rad Rufus Dry Heavy. The second is a particularly great fit on me, and the color is awesome imo.
Have in mind that their different models can have different sizes, especially for waist. My TTs are 29/30 and RR 30/30, so I would always recommend trying before buying, if possible.
If not, in Denmark they send a return label. It can be annoying to wait for it to be returned, get the money back and then buy another model - I've been there. That's why I would recommend buying from a physical seller, such as Res Res in Copenhagen. I have also been there to repair my Tuff Tony at least three times, always with great craftsmanship and turnaround times - very pleased with that. Here, you can also ship it to be repaired, unlike other reviews have mentioned.
Yes, the repairs were mostly on the inner side of the legs, like other reviews mentioned; I bike and have had the same problem with Levi's as well, so it's not a sign for bad quality of the Nudie Jeans.
Absolutely appalling quality
Absolutely appalling quality. Here’s the thing, I love the designs and the company ethos but every item I’ve bought has arrived in disrepair or I’ve had to get a tailor to fix them a couple of weeks later. Really shoddy. God customer service though tbf. A real shame.
Yep, the lifetime warranty shouldn't be a selling point and the customer service is arrogant
A big part of my decision to purchase Nudie jeans was the lifetime warranty. However the fact that you have to return them to a store in person, wait weeks and then go back to the store and pick them up, excludes most of the country that don't live near their store in London. Not sure it's even legal, certainly doesn't feel ethical to make the warranty your big selling point when it comes with these restrictive terms. Makes me question the whole company and their other ethical claims. To top it off their customer service attitude stinks of arrogance. I won't be buying another pair of Nudie jeans and will happily tell anyone else sucked in by their notion.
Avoid at all costs
Here’s a revised version of your feedback:
I ordered several pairs of jeans and a jumper but two items were missing from the delivery. After contacting their customer service, I was told they had “checked everything” and confirmed all items had been delivered—which was not true. UPS had delivered the package to someone else, and I only received it four days later. Despite this, the company took no responsibility for the issue.
Their customer service is shockingly rude, unhelpful, and unpleasant, particularly a senior team member named Mike. The company’s customer service rating of 62% speaks for itself. I’ve never experienced such poor service and would strongly advise against ordering from them.
Avoid at all costs.
Regular customer at the store in…
Regular customer at the store in d’Arblay St, London for the last 10 years or so. Super helpful and always a pleasure. Knowledgeable staff, easy repairs although disappointed they send out rather than is-store unless paid for. Thank you to Paola and team for my latest fit
Terrible quality jeans and unresponsive customer service / Jeans de mauvaise qualité et service client non réactif
ENG : I do not recommend Nudie Jeans.
I am extremely disappointed with Nudie Jeans. The quality is very low for the premium price they charge. After only a few months of light use, a hole appeared under the junction area. This has never happened to me with other jeans before.
When I reached out to customer service, they offered a so-called “repair” with visible stitches, which feels more like a quick fix than a genuine solution. This was particularly disappointing given the sensitive area where the damage occurred. Anyone can see that stitching this area would not only look unsightly but also fail to restore the jeans’ durability, essentially leaving me with a product that’s still unusable. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this response is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of commitment to quality or customer care.
On top of that, the customer service team was unhelpful and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I expected much better quality and support for the price I paid.

Faulty button
I’ve worn only nudie denim for about 15 yrs
Bought a new winter pair as normal but the second time of putting them on the top bottom pin snapped off.
I contacted three times trying to get a replacement button, should have been rather simple solution.
The only option they gave is to post them back to them at a cost of around £15 postage and then more annnoying wait another minimum 3-4 wks for replacement.
I usually try avoid using nudie jeans direct because of their slow shipping and less than average customer care but I wanted a new belt as well this time.
So I’ve just wasted £145 on jeans that can’t be worn unless I waste more money and time on return postage
Lifetime repairs....NOT
Bought Jeans 2 years ago...solely because of the Lifetime Repair promise. The metal fly has now broken...and lo and behold...you need to be living in London or Birmingam and physically take the jeans in to be repaired. The nearest repair partner to me in Birmingham is 160 miles away. Nudie won't allow me to post to thdm. Also they won't refund if I take to a local tailor to repair.
The lifetime repair is a con...unless you live in London...or Birmingham.
Really disappointed.
Sizes are not accurate and terrible customer service..
You can order 2 pairs of the same jeans in the same size and they can end up a completely different size after a wash. Nudie says they don't return jeans that have been worn or without tags even though EU law says items wrongly advertised must be returned at no cost of the customer. I have contacted ACM via ConsuWijzer.
Update: I have submitted a small-claims proceeding to the Court of Den Haag.
Fantastic high-quality jeans
I ordered the Breezy Britt jeans nearly a year ago, and they are truly fantastic. Immediately out of the box, I could tell that these were higher quality than any other jeans that I had in my closet (where I frequently have the issue of getting holes within the first year or so). I’m very confident that these will last for a long time, as the company promises.
Admittedly I’m not sure why the company gets such bad reviews on here, but I’ve never had to go to their customer service, nor am I based in the UK/Ireland (where it seems a majority of the bad reviews are coming from).
