Ordered a simple trailer rim for an upcoming trip. They sent a 5 x 4.5 when I ordered a 5 x 4.75. Now I will not have a spare for my trip, and I don't know if I can get one by Dec 29 (the trip date) due to the holidays.

Parts are functionally fine but was poorly packaged. Heavy parts just thrown together in the bottom of the box rather than individually bubble wrapped. So badly scratched that will need extensive paint touch up.

Great product, only complaint is instructions-not that hard to get a decent video out there. the printed ones are not clear on the one thing every purchaser needs to know-where to drill hole B. My suggestion, throw out the hole B part of the template and just hold the actual tortion bar on the tailgate after inserting the other end in the drilled hole A.
