Purchased the product and was 100% …

Purchased the product and was 100% satisfied and was exactly what i wanted. I only wish they would have sent a payment confirmation and shipping confirmation email out. Received product 3 days after purchase.

Shipping...good and bad

I wanted to order a replacement key for my horse trailer and I needed it in a couple of days. If I ordered 1 key with a replacement cylinder, the 2 day shipping was $23 approximately. If I added 1 extra key, it went up to $46. If I just ordered 2 keys, by themselves, the same shipping option was $68. That seems very sketchy to me. However, the key and cylinder I ordered arrived as scheduled.

Lori - You are right! That was sketchy, but not intentional. There was a setting messed up on the key. It has been fixed and thank you for bringing it to our attention! If something like that happens just give us a call, we are constantly trying to update and improve our shipping calculations.

Cigarette butt wrapped up in the bubble wrap!

Great price on what I ordered and it was delivered relatively fast and was exactly what I was looking for. However when I opened the box there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, checking out the one of the four pieces I ordered and seeing that it was just what I needed I put it back in the box thinking that whoever packed it must be a heavy smoker. A few days later after opening the box again and getting all four pieces out I found a Camel cigarette butt inside of one of the bubble wrapped pieces. This was disgusting and the stench was terrible, I can still smell it as I am typing this review hours later. I am sure this wasn't intentional by the shipping company but I think their quality control needs to know about this to make sure it doesn't happen to someone who isn't as open minded as myself. Great product, fast service, disgusting packaging!

This was my first purchase with Nuera …

This was my first purchase with Nuera Trailer Parts. Needed a pair of 3.5K axles and bearing to repair my trailer. All parts were shipped very promptly and fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend Nuera to anyone needing trailer parts. Huge catalog of parts and were the only ones that I could find that stocked the axles I needed. Two thumbs up!
