Incredibly negative experience with…

Incredibly negative experience with this company. To the point I actually feel scammed.

I ordered a couple of items waited over a month for it, when it was delivered it was missing an item. I queried this and was given the run around that it had been dispatched, but they wouldn't provide tracking, it arrived a fortnight later with the delivery label showing it had been sent the day before.

I wanted to return an item but they stated store credit only. I pointed out that store policy doesn't override consumer law regarding distance selling.

Eventually the gave in and agreed a return. I posted recorded delivery, have evidence of delivery, but they state they never received it back, and I need to provide a photo of the delivery, which isn't something Royal Mail do, they provide signature only.

So they've had my money and they have the returned good.

Save yourself the heartache and avoid.

If only I could give 0 stars

If only I could give 0 stars. Absolutely diabolical company. Do not waste your time ordering from this company if you want your goods.
Admitted fault, yet have not refunded my money.
Sent emails a number of times, now ignoring them. Absolutely disgusting. Try and support small independent companies and this is how you are treated. By the reviews on this company it looks like they pull the same trick.
Avoid at all costs!

Misleading Advertising, Defensive Customer Service

Misleading promotion and poor resolution. Nuevo advertised “FREE TOTE WITH EVERY ORDER” on Instagram with no exclusions stated. I placed an order for accessories, the code was accepted at checkout, but no tote was included. I was later told accessories don’t qualify, this was not made clear at the time of purchase.

I also experienced delays on a separate order due to it being a “pre-order”, which was not clearly stated on the product page. I had specifically avoided any items with pre-order in the description, as I needed the sets by a certain date. The email back I received said “Sorry you must have missed this” rather than taking any sort of accountability for the lack of clarity.

Communication was very defensive, and no effort was made to acknowledge or offer a resolution, despite me being a repeat customer. I have the option to return my item, but no option to post it, I would need to physically drop it off myself at a location in St Helens.

Disappointing experience overall and can see from previous reviews that this happens often. Will not order again.

Zero stars if I could of done
Would actually give zero stars if I could. Placed an order on 9th November in preparation for Christmas. Got to about two weeks after order was placed, and still no notification to say it was dispatched so I sent a message on Instagram to be told it was a pre-order and it must of been missed on ordering, there was no indication of this because I actually went on to order it again to see if this was true, it wasn't. Anyways got my order today they 11th of December. Four weeks later. Probably should of just ordered it from China myself. Lesson of the day, read the previous reviews before ordering. Shame, because it's a small local business.

Update: I received my order on Thursday 11th December, however before this I messaged on the Monday as I still didnt get a dispatch email after the 8-12 days as apparently my order was a pre-order so I messaged on Instagram and was told it was dispatched and I should of received a email, I hadn't so I advised them of this and she told me that she would send tracking again when she got into office, she didnt. Then on the Tuesday I received the dispatch email, parcel came the Thursday and it said Tuesdays date on tbis at 15.31pm so they lied when she said that she had dispatched this. Anyways, the item is lovely, however it doesn't end there.

I then received a cease and desist via Instagram and to my postal address *advising me that id receive one via the post, must of forgot to remove that from the copy and paste*. I have asked them to send me dated proof of the pre order that was online and I'd remove my review, they haven't told me its all been sent to their solicitors, I haven't received this however I have received another two emails, feels like harassment even when I have told them I'm not removing the honest review that I have given, its like they are trying to scare people into taking their honest reviews down.

I don't and would never want to harm someone's business ever but to lie not only once but twice and then serve me with a chat GPT cease and desist I felt it was only fair to update my review.

My review was removed so I have posted this again and sent all messages, copy of the parcel label that she said she posted on the Monday and had sent the dispatch email when it clearly shows on the label Tuesday. I will continue to updating on this review. Its very unfair that I can't leave an honest review.

AVOID

Do not buy from these people as their returns policy does not comply with UK law.

I contacted the company within 14 days of receiving my online order to request a refund, in line with UK consumer law. Instead of processing this, I was told I could only have an exchange or store credit because the item was purchased during a promotional period.

This is incorrect. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers are entitled to a refund for online purchases cancelled within 14 days, and this right cannot be overridden by a company’s Terms & Conditions. Sale or promotional items are not excluded from this law.

I clearly explained this in writing and asked how to return the goods so the refund could be processed. The company has since stopped responding to my emails.

Avoid if possible. There are plenty of other online companies who comply with consumer law. Spend your money there instead.

Recently purchased a few sets from this company. From ordering to delivery I received amazing service even after ordering the wrong size by mistake it was quickly dealt with no problems. Quality is amazing, can’t wait to order more stuff Thankyou. Highly recommend

The quality of the clothing is top-notch — you can really tell they’ve put thought into every detail. Shipping was super fast, communication was excellent, and they honestly couldn’t do enough to help. I’m so impressed and will definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend!

Neuvo is a joke I've waited over 3…

Neuvo is a joke I've waited over 3 weeks I've contacted them and asked for the tracking number they said it's in my emails no it isn't the customer service is....now I've had to raise a dispute with my bank..
I suffer with anxiety this is making me worse.

Excellent quality and super fast delivery

Received my third gym set today from Nuevo and the quality never fails! The material is so soft and flattering, also washes really well.

Delivery is always super fast and arrives in perfect condition. Definitely recommend!

Communicated through email channels

The parcel was delivered 29 days after ordering (pre-order)
When I received my parcel, a jacket was missing from the parcel. I paused my payment due to claiming I would pause my payment if I did not receive my tracking number when requested (due to the length of time for order), although there may have been an email issue when receiving the tracking number. When I received my parcel the following day to then see my jacket was missing in the parcel, I accordingly paused my payment. Although they did get in touch and said they will dispatch my jacket the next day ensuring I would receive my entire parcel. The problem was resolved within the same day, and they communicated through their email channels and payment was resumed.

Amazing company and service

Ordered from Nuevo multiple times and could not fault them whatsoever! Fast delivery service.

clothing is unreal, fits perfect and washes excellent. Always having compliments asking where the sets and jackets are from!

Cant wait to order from there new collection.

Really poor quality leggings with zero…

Really poor quality leggings with zero support and fall down constantly. Also shocking dispatch time waited almost a month for my order to arrive, in this time I requested to cancel but they ignored my email. They only finally dispatched my order when I opened a complaint with Klarna
