I place an order on Saturday the 29th and received it on Wednesday the 3rd. Very fast shipping unfortunately it wasn’t the correct item but customer service was great and I was able to return it with no problem. I would order from nugnes again.

They fixed the Issue!
There was a mixup with the duty fees because the waybill was written up incorrectly to charge me duties(duty fees were already included in the price of the merchandise according to the website). I did get in contact with Nugnes and they handled the issue in about 2 days and I was refunded the money I paid to DHL. Next time I hope for a better shipping experience. Overall I am satisfied with my order and I am satisfied with how soon customer service handled the issue and refunded me. I will most likely do business with this company again.

Nunges has an amazing service team, they really tace care about customers!
I have chosen a dress With the discount 25%. I didn’t manage to order eat till the end of the day and discount disappeared. I writr to Nunged and informed them that it was occasionally , and asked to prolong a discount for the next day. They were so helpful, and prolong thus special discount personally for me for special item for one more day! It was really nice.
After making the order, I had an issue with its terms of delivery. Nugnes team contacted with DHL directly, dods their best to make deliver quicker and to keep me well informed and calm about my order! A lot of compliments and best wishes to Nungnes Team!

Signed delivery, shipping was a bit expensive at $25, but what can you expect for signed international delivery. And I’d say based on the speed of delivery it was worth it!
Products arrived nicely packaged and inside the box wrapped up in tissue paper, great care to detail.
Will definitely purchase from Nugnes 1920 again!
