Ordered show plates with the instructions asked when ordering. Wrong spacing on number plates when order arrived. Originally disputed via tiktok shop and was essentially told it was my fault. Emailed the company directly and was given an apology and told they would send out new ones. Two weeks later no replacement order and company began to not respond to emails. Requested my refund through tiktok shop and company made the refund process even longer (more than likely on purpose) by not confirming steps for refund process. From raising dispute to refund it was just over 7 weeks.

It would appear from previous reviews that the company has good products that people are happy with. But when an order is wrong, the lack of customer service and desire to correct an order and keep a customer happy shows that this is a company that should be avoided at all costs.

Plate has failed after 10 months use - the layers of plastic have separated from each other, and it now looks awful. No reply to 2 emails, one webform and the phone number is disconnected. Be very wary - even assuming they are still in business.

Bought some plates (front and rear) for my sexy blue S5 and they were delivered in a timely fashion and well-packaged. Fast-forward 8 or 9 months and the rear yellow numberplate has faded on the black letters dramatically, and now looks 'milky'. Sent off an email, no response. Did the hated webform, no response. Sent another couple of pleading emails. No response. Dug out the Wisbech phone number from the website (which Google identified as numberplates4u on my Android phone display) and it went immediately busy, disconnected the call. Something not right here, and I would avoid using this company.

Load of absolute crap!!!! I cancelled my order 30 mins after ordering. Another 30 mins later they said I was too late as they had done it!!! I argued and they gave a partial refund!!!! Absolute shambles!!! 4 emails later and no response!! DISGRACEFUL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered road worthy number plates for My partners Xmas present and recieved show plates! Can't return and won't reply to emails. £40 down the drain and now I don't have the money to buy something else so I guess My partner will just have to accept the gift of love for Christmas! Lol. Shame this company doesn't help their customers after they've taken their money! The website clearly states their plates are road worthy but then send show plates so you order again but I'm not. I went back onto the website to see why they had sent show plates and I noticed that when I put in the reg number and clicked on normal plates when I then changed the font it automatically changed it to show plates and I had to go back and change it but I obviously didn't notice this when ordering! Very sneaky!! Very very unhappy customer and won't use again! Thanks for such a horrible experience

Repeat customer as my first experience was awesome. To be honest this experience was even better. The plates arrived in under 24 hours from the time of ordering and the quality was exceptional. I only ordered standard plates the first time around but a friend of mine has gel plates and I liked the look of them. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Stay away at all costs. They don't reply to emails and send you the wrong plates to make you buy them again. Please don't use this company. I have all the proof that I ordered legal plates and they sent illegal ones so I would order again. Please stay away!! No response to emails or calls. Report them!!!!

I ordered my plates great experience had the plates I wanted ordered them arrived really quick then the issue started their was no information how to register the plates I tired ringing the number not a working line, I emailed 4/5 times asking for help as had no certificate so couldn't register so I'm now left with 2 registration plates that I cant put on my car not happy

WARNING.

No plates arrived despite money being taken.

Zero responses to 5 + emails and the phone number on the site doesn't work.

No refund ever received.

Use another company and avoid this one.

Reported to trading standards and my bank as fraud.

PLATES WERE THE WRONG SIZE!!!!PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK AT ALL ,EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES ,,ABSOLOUTLY NO RESPONSE AT ALL SUCH AN AROGANT BUSINESS ,,,,,,,AVOID !!!

Plates will last no more than a year before they look dreadful as yellowing will peel from the plastic and dirt collects behind, you can email them but you’ll be ignored no matter how polite you are 😂😂
If you’re happy to replace yearly, go ahead!

I chose Number Plates 4 You as I liked the look of their plates, and the fact they offer same day dispatch for orders made before 2pm. Not realising the time, I stuck an order through at 1:58pm using the number plate builder.

3D gel carbon is the look I wanted and that's exactly what I got, early the next morning. Side note, it seems DPD no longer send emails with package updates so I was caught by surprise when they knocked on my door!

The plates are top quality. Please don't be put off by some of the negative reviews on here. I'd happily buy again from Steve at Number Plates 4 You.

An absolutely brilliant service I love my number plates!! I accidentally ordered show plates instead of legal plates, I emailed Steve and he changed my order right away for me to make sure they were legal. I definitely recommend service, lovely staff.

I’ve used Number Plates 4 You for ages now. I’m a car trader and deal with all kinds of people and can safely say that these guys are the best. End of!

Some of the things I read on here are clearly complete bol***ks and blatant lies.

I’ve had this myself over the years with rival companies/traders trying to belittle people’s businesses instead of concentrating on what they should be doing themselves.

I highly suspect a lot of the negativity I read here is of a similar thing and if I were you, simply ignore it.

This company never fails to impress and on a personal note Steve is an absolutely top, top, honest bloke.

I don’t understand all these negative reviews. Having emailed Steve after deciding on my design, he was nothing but courteous from start to finish replying to every email.

Ordered plates and received them in a few days well packaged in pristine condition.

Definitely recommend and would use again thanks Steve.

Shocking quality of plates, black numbers almost grey, due to poor bonding , and bad workmanship, the fact they thought these were good enough to be sent out shows the level of quality your dealing with, avoid, and don't expect any response to emails etc, just go straight ro trading standards.

Paid for a black border on my number plate but it’s not on.
Telephone number does not work. Emailed 3 times & no response.
Want a refund but can’t contact anyone. Maybe citizens advice can help.

if I could give less then one star I would bought two plates at £76 both come scratched as the was packed together and rubbed on the faces you can see ..tried to ring but the number does not work contacted half a dozen times to empty promises of new ones to be sent none have come avoid at all costs as hes just a con man
