Quick and speed service, I did have one problem but it was sorted straight away. And delivered the next day, great service

Shocking bad service, ordered plates on a Friday, nothing arrived, contact phone number no longer connected! No plates arrived, online contact response next day mate! Next day came and went, week later still no plates, total rip off. No communication from further attempts to contact, see you in court!

Swift and fast production and delivery. Couldn’t ask for better.

Fraud. Ordered number plates. Never received them. Emailed several times. No answer. Called several times. No answer. Now had to order somwhere else and wasted 2 weeks. Requested refund but guess the money is gone...

Purchased again recently as the first time the service was fantastic. I wasn’t disappointed as this experience was even better than the first time. Ordered 3D gel plates not expecting too much but what I received was of amazing quality. Thanks guys, I’ll be back and will certainly recommend you to friends and family. 10 stars from me.

Thanks for my plates. Carbon gel showplates spaced exactly as I wanted them. To be honest I wasn’t expecting what I received. The quality is miles better than I’ve purchased before over the years so I’ll be back when I need more

This was the best online buying experience I can remember. I had no idea what I was doing but Steve guided me through the process answering all my questions within minutes. They also arrived the next day and I love them. 3D gel plates look absolutely amazing. Thank you Steve.

I made an order to get some personalised plates done so I could assign them to my car but they never sent me Mty V750 certificate. Before the send out the plates they are meant to do checks to make sure your the legal owner etc of the vehicle but none of this was done. They've sent me my plates but I can't now assign them to my car without them giving me my V750 certificate. It says they are DVLA registered etc but this can't be true because if it was then they would do all the necessary checks etc and give me the V750 certificate so I can put them on my car as planned. You send emails and fill in the contact form 3 days in a row and still no reply. It says on Website how they will get back to you within a few hours if not sooner if you contact them within the working hours which I have done and well more lies.

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Do not believe any reviews over 1 star for this company. They are all lies or from very lucky people. My carbon gel plates numbers began to fall off within a week. I emailed and messaged but got no reply, and there isn’t a phone number. Now I have to repurchase the plates elsewhere.

I paid extra money to order a beautiful, tailor made new car plates to my husband and wish to give him a birthday surprise! Unfortunately, the car plates arrived is different from my order and there is no border and signal around the number! Even the material is cheaper than what I ordered! I called Steve and email to him for so many times but disappointed that he has no reply or response to my queries. I don’t know how do I get contact with him and it feels like he is suddenly disappeared in this whole world! What I want now is I can get a new car plates with what I want! Very disappointed with this company and Steve and it ruins my present and my husband’s birthday!

Absolutely appalling experience! If I could, I'd rate this 0 stars!

Initially, I contacted Steve with a crucial query before finalizing my order. To my surprise, he responded within a mere 10 minutes. Based on this impressive level of responsiveness, I proceeded to place my order, selecting next-day delivery via DPD.

However, my excitement turned into frustration when DPD notified me that my order had been delivered and received by me. The reality was starkly different. The photograph DPD provided showed the number plates squeezed through a letterbox that was unquestionably not mine. The delivery had gone to an entirely different address and was never signed for by me.

Despite their glaring mistake, DPD washed their hands of the issue, deflecting the responsibility back to me. Their stance was infuriatingly unhelpful. I was directed to contact Steve from Number Plates 4 You Ltd., the very person I thought I could rely on.

In an attempt to resolve the matter, I sent a total of 6 emails to Steve at Number Plates 4 You Ltd. over 5 days, using different email addresses. Astonishingly, I received not a single response in return. It's been a frustrating 11 days since then, and I'm left empty-handed without my plates.

Even attempting to call them proved futile as their contact number remained unresponsive. My payment was made through PAYPAL, and despite raising a dispute, my request was rejected under their policies. This experience has led me to question the effectiveness of using PAYPAL for transactions, as opposed to a credit card.

In summary, I'm left with no number plates, zero communication in response to my emails, and the distinct impression that I've thrown away my hard-earned 30 quid. This ordeal has been nothing short of a complete letdown.

Ordered a number plate and fitting kit and everything was fine until the parcel arrived. Number plate seems fine but the fitting kit was missing. No way of contacting the company via telephone and they do not respond to emails ! I sent 3 !
I had to order another fitting kit from somewhere else. Massive inconvenience. Very poor customer service … Please spend your money somewhere else and save yourself unnecessary hassle

Took our money and sent one plate (meant to have two and fixing kit). That plate was sent back via the delivery company who brought it and they told us they would send another set but never did. Now ignoring all my messages and their phone number doesnt exist!

A joke - ordered plates two weeks ago, took my money and still not arrived. No tracking information and no response from 3 emails. Do not buy!!

Not a great experience at all and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company if the number plates requirement is urgent. I ordered from here as they advertised next day delivery or 2 days worst case , After the plates didn't turn up within this timescale and with no shipping details I requested an update via the website and later emailed with zero response for 2 days I was forced to buy number plates from local Halfords to meet a deadline - predictably the number plates then arrived the following day and seem good quality but the slow delivery and more importantly lack of ANY updates or way to contact meant this was wasted money and I wish I'd sen the reviews before ordering.

In terms of all the good reviews they 'may' be genuine but I find it suspicious that almost all the 5 star reviews are from people with only a single review yet the bad ones are from people like myself who have multiple reviews which makes me suspect many of the 5 star reviews are fake , make up your own mind but I find that very suspicious.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!! A LEGIT COMPANY HAS A PHONE --- THIS CO. DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE LINE - TRY TO CALL BEFORE ORDERING!!!-- LOTS OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS SAYING THEY HAVE LOADS OF CONTACT.

Excellent plates, delivered within 24 hours. I had an after-sale question and Steve replied and helped me with 5 minutes. Top service would definitely use again. Geoff
