Ordered the number plate at 9.30am for Next day delivery. Didn’t get shipped until the following day. Which ment I didn’t receive my plate untill Monday which was 4 days after I ordered it.
All over the website it says, order before 2pm for next day. Not only did I pay for next day delivery I emailed the company and have been completely ignored. Shocking company when you can’t even get your name correct.

I’d like to clarify that you placed your order on a Sunday, and as advertised on our website, we don’t ship over weekends. Your order was processed and dispatched Monday, and once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, we unfortunately can’t control or speed up the delivery process.
We do our best to ensure fast dispatch, but once the package is with the delivery service, it is out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Faulty 3d plates.....shocking service...... do not use this company there is a lot better out there
I ordered a set of 3d gel plates and I have had them fitted on my vehicle for approx a month and they have already started de laminating around the edges. I contacted the company to ask if a replacement was possible as this set was obviously faulty. They have sent 18 emails backwards and forwards messing me around trying to avoid making replacements.
They asked for proof of purchase which I have a PayPal reference. They state this isn't enough so I sent them photos of the plates with their company name at the bottom and they are refusing to help with the issue I have.
Their excuse is there is a lack of evidence the plates were brought from themselves. Even though the plates have their company name and address printed at the bottom.
Please do not use this company if they are making faulty plates and the customer service is absolutely shocking.

I am really sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your order, and I completely understand your frustration, however I think it’s very unfair to be receiving such comments considering I’ve probably spent over an hour of my time trying to assist you. But because you cannot provide me with an order number or confirmation, you're directing your frustration towards me, when I am simply following the rules and doing my job.
I have thoroughly searched our system and unfortunately, I cannot locate your order. As I have explained before, I am unable to issue a replacement without proper proof of purchase. This is in line with DVLA rules and regulations, as well as the potential risk of cloned plates. Without proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, it’s incredibly difficult for us to verify that the plates were purchased from us.
I understand that the plates do have our company name on them, but the risk of cloning is a serious concern. I’ve done everything I can to try to help in this situation, and I truly believe you would face similar challenges elsewhere in obtaining a refund or replacement without the necessary documentation.
I apologise again for the inconvenience, and I hope you understand that we are following the required procedures to ensure safety and compliance.

Great plates for money
Good value for money and even got a discount. Easy website to navigate and emailed documents over required and received confirmation email. The plates look great, just as advertised. Would have given 5 stars but it did take a couple of days for them to be delivered.
