Not sure who is to blame for the delay in delivery, the company or Royal Mail. Ordered my plates on Friday and didn’t receive them until the following Thursday, not exactly next day delivery.

Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering. Needed next day delivery, ordered Wednesday expected dispatch on Thursday and delivery on Friday, didn't dispatch till Monday and delivered Tuesday. Ignored all emails trying to cancel or request refund as had to by other plates due to delay. Very poor!

Nice 3D gel plates. Delivered the next day (albeit a day later due to bank holiday).
Needs protective layer between the plates in transit though, as a couple of gel characters were scuffed from the plate directly on top.

Not next day delivery at all.
If your expecting actual next day delivery then go for another company. My order took 4 days to arrive and was met with no reply's to my chasing emails.
My credit card revoked the payment in the end.

Excellent service, they said next day and they meant it. Also with a readily available discount code made my plates the best the cheapest available online. I’ve read some less favourable reviews but in my opinion that’s down to Royal Mail which varies so much around the Uk. Will definitely be using again

Terrible service
Terrible service. Ordered plates on Monday expected them to arrive on Tuesday since the company is called next day plates. Plates did not arrive till Thursday. Ordered a motorbike number plate and fitting kit. The fitting kit provided was absolutely useless as it was normal screws you would use on a car number plate not the bolts and nuts you would use on a motorbike number plate. Will not be using this company again

Number plates NOT next day
I made the error of not checking trust pilot before I ordered. I needed plates for my car ASAP, promised next day delivery and that did not happen, did not reply to emails and no telephone contact number.
I also ordered a fixing kit and this was missing but could not be bothered with the hassle of trying to contact them. AVOID if you actually want a number plate next day. If I could give 0 stars i would. I have read lots of their replies blaming couriers and everyone else for their poor service but it was not despatched until the day it was due to be delivered.

Illegal service!!!!!
I’ve order my reg plates from this company and these arrived pretty quick but upon an MOT test I’ve been told they are illegal as they don’t have standard marks on the bottom!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Show plates will be made and spaced exactly as requested and are strictly for off-road use. These are not to be used on a vehicle that will be driven on public roads.
We do not advertise or offer Krystal plates as road legal, and when placing your order, you could only select show plate, which indicates that they are not suitable for use on public roads.
Unfortunately, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are using road-legal plates, and we cannot offer a refund for plates that were ordered as show plates, as we have adhered to all regulations in the description.
If you require road-legal plates, we would be happy to assist you with a new order.

Absolutely not next day delivery
My plate fell off when I was working away and I had previously ordered from this company. Initially they were great as I didn’t have my V5 with me so they used my ID from before to place the order so the plate would be at home by the time I drove back the next day.
The plate didn’t arrive for 4.5 days, 4 emails and 3 voicemails later before I received an acknowledgement that blamed the Royal Mail which is their chosen dispatch company. I should have just gone to Halfords the next day and saved myself the hassle of not being able to drive my car.

However, I did issue a full refund for your shipping costs to help address the inconvenience caused. I understand that this doesn’t completely resolve the situation, but we’re always looking for ways to improve and provide the best service we can.
Please note, I replied to every one of your emails and kept you updated throughout the process. While I couldn't physically speed up the delivery process on my end, I did my best to keep you in the loop and ensure that I was doing everything possible to help during the delay.

Damaged
Placed the order on Friday 10am and plates didn’t arrive till Tuesday. Not a big deal as I wasn’t in a rush. The yellow one is fine but the white plate arrived with lots of dot marks all over it which can’t be removed as it’s through the plate. The standard isn’t great.
