Awful Customer Service
I went back and forth with customer service for months about exchanging a pair of shoes for a different size, originally ordered a size 11 and requested a 12 they agreed to change and then proceeded to send a size 11 three more times despite asking for a 12.
On the 27th October last year I was advised by Naomi that my exchanged pair were on the way however these never arrived. I reached out to the customer service email at least 4 more times and every attempt was ignored.
I eventually gave up, lovely looking shoes but the worst customer service I have ever dealt with strongly recommend avoiding this company.
