Great Quality and Excellent Service Despite Delivery Delay
Excellent store, perfect pairs. There are just a few things to point out about my order: there was a delay of over a month, but apart from that everything was fine. One side of the sneaker arrived slightly unglued, but nothing too serious. I highly recommend it! Things didn’t go 100% smoothly this time, but I will definitely buy again.

Although DPD significantly delayed the delivery of my return back to them, the customer service team handled everything quickly and professionally. They processed the exchange without any hassle and even included a free hat as a thoughtful gesture.
A special mention goes to Tyler, who was incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find — I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
