I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience with Numeris — and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a pair of shoes during a sale, but what I received was completely unacceptable. The box arrived damaged and dirty, with missing items — no dust bag and no extra laces. The shoes themselves clearly showed signs of prior use: visible creasing on the leather heel and black plastic defects. This was sold as a new product, yet it was obviously not in new condition.

I reported all of these issues on the very day of delivery, with clear photographic evidence. A few days later, customer service asked for additional photos, which I provided immediately. Despite this, they only acknowledged the damaged box and offered either a 5% refund or a 15% discount on a future purchase.

This “compensation” is frankly absurd. The 5% refund doesn’t even come close to covering shipping costs, and the 15% discount is meaningless — I already purchased the shoes with a 20% member discount, so what they are offering as a gesture is actually worse than a standard benefit I already had. Presenting this as compensation is simply ridiculous.

What makes this even worse is the brand positioning. Numeris presents itself as a luxury company, collaborates with professional footballers, and builds an image of premium quality — yet when it comes to treating an average customer, the experience is shockingly dismissive and borderline humiliating.

Ever since they refuse to answer.

Even more concerning is that they refused to properly honor the 14-day EU withdrawal right, despite operating fully within the EU (manufactured in Portugal and shipped from the Netherlands). This raises serious concerns about their compliance with basic consumer protection laws.

Overall, this has been an infuriating experience. Poor quality control, incomplete orders, and dismissive, inadequate customer service. I strongly advise others to avoid Numeris.

Quality shoes.. arrived on time

I’ve bought a pair os shoes and someone told me that there was a miss place and my shoes never got to DHL, after that someone told me that there was something wrong with my order and that I needed to choose another pair and they would send me as fast as possible, it’s been 2 days, I have already choose the shoes and then they told me that someone would send me the tracking details and to this day I haven’t received nothing and I can’t tell if they have send me the shoes or not.
Still trying to get an answer to my multiple emails and nothing yet.
Hope this will get sorted.

So far my experience with the customer service has been very great. Specifically when I exchanged an item I bought because the size was big for me. I must say the process and communication was smooth and a quality one. Keep it up

i ordered the shoes on Sunday, and they arrived to me in about 4 days from netherlands to italy. The shoes are beautiful and the materials are good, they take more time to get broken. I really love this brand, its the second time that i buy from there, and it wont be the last.

I just love my Numeris sneakers. Top quality materials and production, powerful look and you won't see them on every other guy on the street. Keep it up!

This was my third order with you guys, but apparently, someone messed up. My package was withheld because of import fees, which I paid for, but you guys refused to refund me. You should have added a disclaimer on your website if the new rule was that customers had to pay for the import fees.
