They advertise delivery in 2 weeks but the items are not in stock...
I order a lamp in January 2022... still waiting for it ( April 2022).
Moreover on the website, the lamp is still shown has delivery in around 2 weeks. Well I am waiting for 4 months now :).
No proactive communication to inform you about the status.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the long waiting time. As a retailer we cannot know for sure what is due to be delivered quickly or not from the manufacturer. Unfortunately we don’t receive theses informations proactively and have to check constantly after the order has been made. We do understand that this situation is frustrating and want to inform you that if the manufacturer keeps delaying the delivery of your goods you are free to ask for a cancellation.
