Delivery was great and I was delighted with the overall appearance of the pans . I found a fault in the bottom of the large pan and sent an email but not heard anything from them for 10 days? Don’t want to use this pan in case it gets worse?

Fantastic kitchen utensils
I have researched frying pans recently and the Nuovva were the best I could find for my hob- easy to clean after use and holds the non stick surface. A joy to use and 3 sizes to suit your cooking.

Nuovva costumer service promised to give a full refund of £81 but unfortunately they only give £27 very disappointing all the pots I bought from them are so sticky and they changed colour after only few use I made few videos and pictures of the issue I sent them over to nuovva but the problem didn't get solve

Customer Service was fantastic
Customer Service was fantastic, prompt and very professional. Although it was somewhat difficult to find HOW to contact customer service, once I tracked down that information, they were wonderful to work with and addressed my problems is a courteous and expeditious manner. Would definitely buy their products and continue to work with this Company. The Customer Support representative, Cherri, is a credit to and bright gold star for the organization, and should be highly commended for her helpfulness and responsiveness.
