Delivery was super quick
Delivery was super quick. My frying pans are really nice. Didn't realise I didn't order lids, but I have lids that can fit the pans anyway. I'm learning how to use nonstick on stainless steel i'm trying to get away from the coated Saucepans. Will be throwing away my old saucepans.

I had high expectations of the…
I had high expectations of the stainless pan, particularly as it was advertised as non-stick, ie eggs wouldn’t stick to the pan. Well mine stuck to the pan and it was a big disappointment! However, the customer support team have been brilliant and offered a resolution to the issue I raised. Pots and pans are ok with other ways of cooking except unfortunately for frying an egg.

Great value pans and helpful customer service.
The stainless steel pans are built well and are great to cook with.
There was a small issue with my next day delivery being delayed. The customer service lady Shianne was extremely helpful and refunded the extra money I had payed for delivery.
