Bought cast iron two pans from Nuovva
So one of my pans cracked. However, the service to replace this was excellent so I have upgraded to a 4 from my original review. 4 stars for customer service and the first delivery was also good. Maybe unlucky with the first pan so will see how it goes with the new pan.
Bought cast iron two pans from Nuovva. One of them, with light use, cracked right through bottom of pan. Contacted Nuovva as allegedly the pans have a warranty but have heard nothing. I would be wary of buying pans from them that crack and then no replacement

Great and fancy
Love my new knifes they are very classy and look nice on my work top. The down side is there are four steak knifes which is a waste because I would have preferred to have a variety of knife to use.

Good after sales care! My pan I purchased was actually not non-stick, so they gave me a full refund, and instructed me to keep the pan. I am very impressed with their prompt customer service, and no quibble refund. This leads me to believe they put their customers first! Very professional.

Great selection of Dutch ovens in great colours. Delivered very quick. I'm not paying le creuset prices. Currently have a Ragu on the stove in my big nuovva Dutch oven. Honestly could do with an even larger one 36 inches or more as I batch cook at home. Great Dutch ovens and the price and delivery, two thumbs up thanks all at nuovva.

Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price, but what I am most impressed with is their customer service. The first Dutch oven arrived with damage to both the lid and the main body, most likely caused by shipping. After one email with images, their customer service team sent out a replacement without any fuss whatsoever. Things can from time to time go wrong, but it's how you deal with issues that counts, not the issue itself. The way they dealt with the issue was perfect. Big thank you to Cherri for all your help.
