Same experience as other users. Their website advertises the specs of the Pro model and claims you can stand in it up to 6'1" tall. But they deliver a smaller version that is only 4'10" tall. When I pressed CS they twice told me I got what I ordered and that their old Go model has been rebranded as the Pro model and it is now the only model they offer. But the literature that comes with the unit still shows three models (Go, Pro, Plus). The current website maybe supports they are only offering one model but it is advertising the specs for the larger Pro model to this day, despite CS saying repeatedly they now only offer the smaller model. So far no luck getting a refund either. Shady.

This company is a scam. First, the shipment was 4 weeks late. When it arrived it was worthless. The poles do not screw together. The male and female components do not even fit. I had multiple people try. I reached out to customer service and got ghosted. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I can’t use this product and I can’t even get anyone at the company to fix it.

I read all these negative reviews and honestly my experience is the exact opposite.
This sauna I purchased is the single unit.
It gets up to 185 on the thermostat and holds the heat very well. The unit did smell on the initial turn on but once it ran for a little while the smell alleviated as with any new heated metal device.
The battery operated red light works fine and has a protective coating, I do not fear it will be a hazard. I love my sauna for the price I got it.
Customer service has also been amazing and responded to me quickly with three questions I had about delivery and the red light.
I was not scammed on this purchase and I love how quick it heats up and holds temperature.

I don’t think anything was wrong, it’s just once I received the sauna, its features wasn’t to my liking. The heating unit that produced hot air also gave a smell of metal, as well the fan unit used to cool it, you can hear it so I didn’t want the noise. The red light battery pack got very hot so that made me think it could pose a fire hazard. I’m more accustomed to infrared heating so this just wasn’t a good fit for me.

I placed an order on 2-15-26 for the chiller bundle that was supposed to come with a sauna pro I received everything else that I ordered but no sauna pro. So far customer service by email has been a waste of time with generic responses but no real updates. It’s unfortunate because the things I did receive seem decent but at this point based on the horrible customer service I would not recommend this company to anyone!

About a month ago, I made the mistake of ordering a SaunaPro before reading any reviews. After doing some research, I immediately requested to cancel the order. I received written confirmation that it was canceled and was promised a refund within 15 days.

That refund never came.

After multiple follow-ups with Nurecover, I was given excuses and told to wait an additional 10 business days. Then, unbelievably, I received an email stating that my order had shipped—despite clear prior confirmation that it had been canceled.

This is not just poor customer service—it’s completely unacceptable business practice. Charging a customer, confirming a cancellation, delaying the refund, and then shipping the product anyway raises serious concerns.

Avoid this company. I will be pursuing a chargeback and taking further action if necessary.

Lie and deceive seems to be their motto. Takes much longer to deliver than they advertise only to then receive the cheaper go version tent having paid for the larger pro version. I'm awaiting the inevitable poor excuse and refusal of some money back or actually sending me the correct one. No doubt try to charge me for their mistake. Been such a let down to open on birthday. I would definitely avoid unless they rectify it properly promptly

Total scam - Order says delivery in 3-5 days. It's been 3 weeks and my tracking says "waiting to be picked up." it's not even left the warehouse, but I can't cancel becuase they say it has shipped - when actually only a shipping label was created. Fedex states they attempted to pick up from shipper, but it is not ready. So it's a scam to keep you from cancelling and they do not reply to emails, only send automated tracking info. And they keep sending me emails asking if I am enjoying it!!

Attempted to cancel and order within 15 minutes and sent 8 email in an effort to secure a RMA or even acknowledgement of cancellation even though spa had not even been shipped.
No live people to speak with and tons of negative BBB experiences from others. Still no spa, no credit and no ackowledgement of my existence.
Do NOT conduct any business this sad shell of a scam company as this has been a dreadful experience and mistake

Do not order from this company. The product is flimsy and very hard to assemble. The parts are complicated and the instructions vague.
However, their customer service is APPALLING. They promise that you can return the product no questiopns asked within 90 days. From what I can see, this is a falsehood. I have asked four times for a return label (I am willing to pay the cost of the return myself) but my emails are ignored.
Stay away. BAD company.

This is the worst sauna I have ever bought. It doesn’t get hot at all. It’s super small as I am 5’11 and have to crawl to get in it. It says it’s refundable but has to be in the original packaging which is impossible. Sauna Box is way better and honest. I should have stuck with them instead of getting something on sale. DO NOT buy this product. This is going straight in the trashcan 😩

🚨 SCAM ALERT 🚨
Placed order in early Feb and still haven’t received anything almost 3 months later.
Sent 20+ emails — every reply is a copy-paste response with no real update or tracking details.
Very poor communication and zero accountability.
Would not recommend.

Horrible delivery and horrible customer service. The product arrived with broken parts that I didn’t discover till I had the entire thing out of the box and putting it together so I emailed their support and they wanted a video of the issue……at this point I had already boxed it back up for a return. This company is horrible. Do not purchase anything from them.

Purchased the extended warranty thank god. However, when the steam unit lid practically exploded sending shards of plastic everywhere I made a claim for a replacement lid. That was in early February. It is now mid April and after waiting this long and after several complaints one has arrived. However it is the wrong size. No doubt they’ve changed the steam generator as the type I have is dangerous. Yet again I expect at least 2 months or more of messing about to get this sorted. Buy this frap at your own peril.

This company still has not provided me with return shipping labels for me to do a free return getting my money back as promised. They have only offered a return label for one of three boxes. They continue to offer discounts and now they've only offered to allow me to return one of the items in the bundle even though none of it works. They're telling me that I have to pay for the return shipping on the other item and that it has to be unopened in the original packaging. But they're advertising says there's a 90 day satisfaction guarantee and the product does not work as advertised. And they're only offering a 50% discount.
The chiller does not get cold and it does not pump water properly. The sauna does not get over 143° and it is less than 5 ft tall and the one I ordered is advertised as 6 ft tall.

The cold plunge is no joke. The temperature drops to five degrees and it’s unbelievably refreshing every time.

The heat levels are intense in the best way possible. Every session feels like I’ve been at a high-end spa, and I didn’t have to leave my house.

Setup was easy, delivery was fast, and customer service was fantastic. Most importantly, the sauna itself is powerful and incredibly effective.

It feels really well built and performs better than I anticipated. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design.

Do not purchase they sent me a smaller version of the unit and they told me they are going to ship me the full size unit. Then they said we’ll issue a partial refund a month later after the item was never received.
