Horrible experience with this company.
First, I was trying to check the final price of an item by entering a coupon code, but when entering the coupon code and clicking "Apply" it purchased the item without me clicking "Pay Now" This is how I ended up in this mess in the first place.
Secondly, I requested a refund which they said they would process after 10-15 business days and I never received a refund after 24 business days. Instead I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Worst company that spams you email with ads but can't respond to my support requests and process a refund.

It is a nice clean set up. I love how the heater functions. That’s one of the reasons I purchased. The material on the covering is very nice and clean. I have been using it for the past week and I’m enjoying it very much. I do use it in my house, which has become part of my routine and wellness.

Ordered sauna around March 10, 2026. April 1, 2026 and still no sauna. Three weeks and no sauna??? This could be a scam…

Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

3-5 shipping turned into 30 days. When I did receive my shipment it was the wrong product (the basic version) not the Sauna Pro.

I have reached to “support” every day for last 7 days. Crickets!

My item was order March 8 and today is April 1 and can not get any updated information with tracking for delivery and no response from multiple emails to Customer Service-very disappointing

My sauna is over a month late, if the war was causing delays u should of mentioned it before u took my cash

This shady company does nothing but blank your emails and your messages on there site, absolute disgrace should be ashamed yourselves but obviously you aren't cuz you don't care. Still waiting for return label at this rate, I'll be asking the bank to step in now and I'll also see if trading standards or somewhere else like that can do something about yous, your an absolute joke and you don't care how much your affecting people's wellbeing with the Crap you spout to us.

Received sauna. Unfortunately, after stocking issues, the product arrived without the thermometer.

Overall, we are pleased with our Nurecover sauna. It eventually gets hot enough but it takes a good 30 minutes to do so. It would heat up faster if it were not so tall. The poles and connectors that support the tent are reasonably sturdy but half of them fit together poorly.

Have not received sauna yet, only Matt,getting very fustrating!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT SCROLL THE WEBSITE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! There is NO and I mean NO customer support. your email will be ignored. you won’t be able to return if there is an issue and you will for use not be refunded. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

STAY FAR AWAY From this company. Absolutely the worst customer service. I waited over a month for my sauna. When it arrived it was not what I ordered. No way other than by email to contact the company. The few email replies I have gotten usually come in the middle of the night. I was advised that at some point after I placed my order they re-did their product line so the sauna I ordered was not available but now they refuse to accept a rerun even though they shipped the wrong product.

Only bot responses to emails. Emails claiming it was shipped 3 weeks ago but tracking shows it hasn't even been picked up by fedex yet. Dishonest website.

My order shipped March 10, today is March 31st I haven't received my package

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Behind the pretty marketing is much longer shipping times than advertised, and to boot, they sent me defective parts. Due to not receiving a response from their customer service team, I have had to deal with the defective sauna and abhorrent customer service through filing a charge back on my credit card.

Listen to the bad reviews- they’re probably deleting negative comments from their social media but I plan to warn others there as well - and take your business elsewhere. They are a mess. Not to mention, the sauna parts that did arrive are very cheaply constructed and not worth the hugely marked up price.

No updates on tracking for over a month says 5 to 10 day shipping has already been 4 weeks and can barely get a response. Requesting. Refund and cancel of order get no response. Horrible customer service and prob will file unrecieved product with my credit card.

I returned an item to Nurecover over two months ago and tracking confirms it was delivered back to them. Since then, I have not received a refund.

What I have received is a string of vague, non answers about “following up internally” with no accountability and no timeline. Every interaction has felt like a stall.

At this point, it is genuinely unclear whether they intend to refund me at all. That should never be the case with a legitimate company.

This has been one of the most unprofessional customer experiences I have had in a long time. You should not have to repeatedly chase a company for months just to get your own money back.

Buyers should seriously think twice before purchasing. If anything goes wrong, do not expect timely support or a straightforward resolution. I certainly regret this purchase.

I was debating on getting a portable sauna for over a year. I'm so glad I did the research and picked NURECOVER. The sauna does exactly what they say it does. I got the SaunaPro and it was super easy to assemble. I use it every day or two and I love it. It's definitely hotter in the upper portion of the sauna, but that's great because you can just stand up for the intense heat and pop a squat for less heat. I love this sauna and I wish I had bought it sooner. They even tossed in a free portable ice bath which is awesome. Super fast shipping too! If you're thinking about getting one, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

The shipping was not up to par and felt dishonest. The website specifies 3-5 days, and it took almost 4 weeks. I know mistakes can happen, but my experience seems to be the norm. They also advertise "five free gifts with every sauna", but there are no additional gifts. Overall, I am happy with the sauna I finally received, but everything else that goes along with it is why the review is low.
