Breach of guidelines

I ordered the Sauna Pro and received the Sauna Go. Shipping was very very slow, that took about 3 weeks After sending emails, with pictures still no results. First I was told and sent a list of parts to make the sauna go into the sauna pro. After 2 days of waiting for a tracking, Emailed again. This time I was told the Sauna go is the new sauna pro. Emailed again to find out how the sauna set for 4ft 11' was going to get to 6ft 1' with the poles in the box I received. This time was told just deal with what you have. All the saunas come in the same size box. Asked for a return, then the email response went silent. This has been going on for over 6 weeks now. There is a reason they don't have a phone number to call. This is a HORRIBLE company. Don't waste your time.

Great product but had to wait

Nurecover is terrible . Poor customer service
I ordered a tropic pro from Nureocover 1/27/26 which I received a different models. I emailed . I had to send pictures of the contents of the box and was told that I would receive additional boxes. Each e mail response took several days. I was sending emails daily to get this corrected. There is no phone customer service and I repeatedly got ai emails asking how I liked the product. March 5 I received an email that stated that my original order is not available and that they had 1 bundle that I already received. I wrote back again that I did not want that model and they offered me a 50$ credit! I requested I want yo return and today 3/23/26 I have not received a email return. I would not buy anything from this company. I feel scammed and beyond frustrated!

Great sauna - other things left to be desired
First, the sauna itself is great. It was easy to set up, operates well, and is quality.
I have two reasons for the two star review. First, I bought the sauna while the promotion for a free ice bath was going on. There is no indication whatsoever that I will be receiving it. Second, there was a massive delay in shipping as my order was “lost in the warehouse”. There was no real apology for this or any remediation offered whatsoever. These two things are highly disappointing.

You have sent numerous emails stating that my package would be here "today". No"volume" of orders effects a various delivery date. The only possible effect would be on processing and shipping on your end. So to state that your volume somehow effects a delivery date that was set because my picks was [supposedly] in transit is the most ridiculous line of BS EVER.

Shipping is taking too long. It's been almost 4 weeks and still no accurate tracking history where the product is or when it will arrive. Makes me concerned when and if warranty service is needed for how long shipping is going to take and or cost. I'd love to review the actual product itself but the shipping process has made it a bad experience

I’ll be completely honest: my experience with the Nurecover Sauna Pro started out rough, and I was initially mired by many of the same problems you’ll see in other negative reviews. I dealt with significant shipping delays, and when the package finally arrived, it was the wrong product. When I contacted support, I was told this was actually a new model designed with improved heat distribution.
At that point, I was incredibly frustrated. Expecting accountability, I took a direct approach and reached out to the COO of the company on LinkedIn. To his credit, he responded immediately. He completely owned the situation and offered a straightforward, risk-free solution: try the sauna out, and if I didn’t like it, they would fully refund my money. That level of rapid, top-down customer service and willingness to stand behind the product goes a long way.
I put the sauna together tonight, and I have to say—I am pretty impressed. The assembly was manageable, and that promised improvement in heat distribution is definitely noticeable.
I am bumping my initial 1-star rating up to 4 stars, and I will continue to update this review as I get more use out of it. At the end of the day, I bought this system to unlock some health benefits and decompress from the daily stress of work. Based on my very first session in the sauna tonight, I achieved both of those goals.

I purchased a sauna from Nurecover in January 2025 for over €500. After only 14 months of normal use, the product became completely unusable (major steam leakage/structural failure).
When I contacted customer support (Jon), I was told that because their "internal policy" only offers a 1-year warranty, they would not provide a repair or replacement. This is a direct violation of Dutch and European Consumer Law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Art. 7:17). Under EU law, a product costing over €500 must have a reasonable lifespan, and a company’s internal "1-year rule" cannot legally override a consumer's statutory rights.
The company admits the product failed but refuses to stand by its quality, claiming they must be "consistent" with their policy. "Consistency" in this case means consistently ignoring mandatory consumer protection laws.
Pros: The product worked well initially.
Cons: Short lifespan, and a customer service team that refuses to acknowledge legal guarantee obligations once their arbitrary 12-month clock runs out.
If you are in the EU or the Netherlands, be aware: if your expensive unit breaks after day 366, this company will likely tell you that you are on your own, regardless of what the law says. I am currently escalating this matter to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and the ECC.
Total waste of €510.

I am very pleased with the total experience I’ve had with Nurecover. The ordering and shipping process was simple and easy. The product that I purchased (SaunaPro) was well priced, very easy to assemble, and sturdy. I have only had my SaunaPro for two weeks, and so far it has meet my expectations for what a pop-up sauna should be. The sauna heats up quickly and to the desired temperature and the red light feature, though I don’t know much about it, gives an added level of relaxation and calm. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommended this product.

We had an issue with ordering,
and customer service fixed it, so that was great. the sauna took a while to arrive, and when it came we were sent the wrong size, however what we received works great. we do love the sauna, however.

Experience overall is good
Experience overall is good. I ordered the sauna and forgot to enter the code for the promotion that was on. I contacted customer service via text and it took a few day but they honored it.
When I got the sauna in, I put it all together, however the thermostat was missing. I contacted CS via text again and was told they would send me one. I’m still waiting on shipping confirmation.
As far as the sauna, it’s good, I do sweat however, I don’t think it gets as hot in the sauna as they say it does. However, I could be wrong but I will know for sure once I get the thermostat in.

High Quality, Very Effective, Great Communication
The frequent updates, and getting the tracking information immediately was great! The product is perfect.

Heats plenty hot to get the real sauna experience
The only down sides:
1) Too many follow up emails.from your marketing department.
2) There are not nearly enough redlights to be actually effective red light therapy.
3) The ad stated that there would be "steam" and that gets the sauna to its peak heat, but there is nothing included or any instructions on how to actually get steam in the sauna.
4) The ad stated that the top heating temp is 185 F. If you know anything about sauna treatments you know that therapeutic value starts at 160f and up.
Once I received the actual sauna there is a disclaimer that the heaters shut off at 158 and the 185 reading is taken at the top of the sauna (and you can't sit in the top of the sauna). This felt disingenuous if not bait and switch.
Now with that stated. It DOES get plenty hot, and both of my heaters were reading 185F at the middle level of the sauna, and after 15 minutes it was hot enough that it got difficult to stay in the sauna, Just like a commercial sauna at a gym.
So overall SUCCESS! And so far I love the product!
Oh one last side note. I was worried that running two heaters off of one breaker circuit would trip the circuit because space heaters do that all the time.
This did Not happen and I am pleased that it was able to create that much heat without flipping the circuit.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased the bundle back in October and never opened anything and decided that I wanted to return it within the return window. When you’re on the product page it states that they have free returns and 90 day moneyback guarantee which is completely false since when I tried to return my items I sent them the requested photo of them unopened and they tried to give me a partial refund if I would keep the items. When I said that I did not want to keep the items I wanted to continue and return them, they stopped responding to me completely. I sent over five emails with no response tried messaging them on Instagram and received auto responses. They did not start responding to me again until I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint (which they chose not to respond to) and even then they still refused to give me a return label for their “free returns” that are stated on their website. Instead they kept sending me a link to another part of their website that says that you have to pay for the return and other times I was also told there would be a restocking fee despite everything on their product page promising free returns and a money back guarantee. I have been going back-and-forth through email and they refuse to not only pay for my return shipping but they also have still not updated their website terms to be accurate for their actual return policy as they said they would. I don’t even know if I’ve been talking to an actual human since every message I have received has the same wording. They also refuse to speak to you on the phone. This company is scamming people and should not be allowed to sell a single thing.

I canceled my order before it was sent out and still have not received my money back. I also have not received any product because it was canceled before it was sent out so there was no need to send me a review and im left in the dark about my money because my emails go unanswered. And its been over a month and still have not got my money back.

Nurecover is a SCAM!
Our Nurecover Sauna Pro (#NU376905) arrived in January with a broken heater. All communications have been an AI generated responses from them. No customer service and no warranty honored. We have not been able to use the Sauna Pro at all. Complete waste of money and a fraudulent company to deal with or purchase from.
Update: The reply below indicates something new, but the FedEx tracking label was created March 13th and FedEx still has not received anything from Nurecover. More games and dishonesty at this point. Still cannot and have not been able to use the new Sauna Pro purchased in January.
