I ordered 2 tubes of NuroClean mold…

I ordered 2 tubes of NuroClean mold remover. I immediately received an 2 emails showing I had 2 separate orders, I called customer service immediately to cancel one of the orders. This took 10 minutes due to being on hold. I was informed both orders were already packed and shipped. Fastest order filling I’ve ever seen (are you kidding- 10 minutes????) I was told as not to worry I had 30 days to return it of course I have to pay shipping. But for my inconvenience I would be given an extended warranty ( on mold removal gel???).

Did not order this product

Did order this product. When I saw it taken out of my account. I I sent a message immediately! I their customer service immediately after and the representative stated she would look at my account. Representative could not give a time when she would contact me. Fraud! I checked my email for her response. As soon as I ended the conversation with the representative, I received a message stating i cannot cancel my order due to the shipping process starting already. If I did not order this product, why would I pay for shipping? Why would I try your product! You have scams all over the internet.

Don't do it.

First, the product does not perform as promised. Secondly, their after sales service is terrible; and thirdly, it is very hard to not think the whole thing is a scam.

They responded to my review by making further promises, as yet they have not been performed. My advice is, have nothing to do with these people. A company which is based in Lithuania, says it is Australia's favourite cleaner and charges in US dollars has to be dodgy at best.

Im currently in dispute with this…

Im currently in dispute with this company. I was mislead buy purchasing something for £15 and then £90 was the final charge. I realised within minutes and contacted them to cancel but would you believe it had allegedly been shipped already. Im now waiting to recieve the order In order to return it.
Livid.

Still waiting on refund.

I had an email on the 6th March 2026, saying I was being refunded 50% off my original order.
I have yet to receive that refund.
Again, a big let down!!!
