Terrible product and fraudulent advertising. Do not waste your money.

Terrible product and fraudulent website, The website tricks you into buying more than you wish ( I ended up up getting charges $180 when I thought I was paying about $40). More importantly the product is complete rubbish. It is an expensive scam. The product does not clean toilets at all. It foams up a bit (nothing in any way resembliing the fraudulent video) but cleans nothing. A SCAM!

The representatives were very helpful…

The representatives were very helpful but the product-toilet cleaning foam just didn’t work. I followed the instructions exactly and the toilet was the same as before using the product. That is why I am requesting a refund.

Response to my inquiry was prompt but…

Response to my inquiry was prompt but did not resolve the issue of being able to cancel the order within minutes of placing it. Additional offers continued to arise, not what I wanted. I did NOT complete the order but it was still processed, including an extended warranty which I did not, and never do, authorize. I appreciated the final assurance that as soon as the package arrived, the return would be facilitated. Now a survey is required before I can arrange that.

Website wrongly registered my search…

Website wrongly registered my search for different packs of mold remover and took payment for 14 tubes instead of just two.
Since 4 Feb only one refund has been given . I am still waiting for two packs undelivered.
Contacts with customer service via email have been useless.

Website difficult to use so…

Website difficult to use so accidentally ordered more than I wanted. Rang customer service within the hour but not allowed to cancel. Products eventually arrived. Tried to return unwanted part of order but their email response sent a link for an unsafe site. Have been offered 25% off order if I keep it all. Would have to pay postage to return it. Waiting to see what happens.

An involuntary billing on your behalf to my VISA for TWO orders instead of one PLUS an unexpected conversion from Canadian to American funds resulted in significant stress for me during the past two weeks.

This was the worst online shopping experience I’ve had. The price advertised is not the price they end up charging. I believed my order total was $35 AUD, but I was charged $140 AUD instead.

Please be careful if you are considering buying from this company. In my experience, the pricing was misleading and not transparent.

I tried the gel on three separate applications following all directions and I have found no improvement in the black mould that is present on my shower tile and grout.
