I ordered from them and I never got my package I emailed them they lied to me about refunding me my money I would never support this business again and I recommend that people read the reviews before buying from them not a good seller at all they will take your money

I subscribed and now can’t make it stop. $29 and change every month for something I stopped using and have asked over and over to cancel then there they are in my mailbox. If you don’t plan on being on them forever I suggest DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

They are a scam they try to lock you into a 99 payment subscription of £75 a month. And they have no communication.

Absolutely disgusting company. They secretly set you up with an extortionate subscription that you cannot get out of. They will never ever reply to your emails and on the subscription page, there is no way to cancel and it will always stay active. I've had to cancel the recurring payments through my online bank but I still receive emails saying my payment didnt go through.
Funny how they can send out emails telling you to pay but they can't reply to customer service emails wanting to cancel?
Do not trust the reviews or any of the comments on Facebook regarding this product. You will get the product but theyre not good quality and you'll never be able to cancel further orders.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Don’t waste money!!!

I did trial this, before reading the review which was stupid of myself. I did email 3 weeks ago to be emailed back stating that they were off until the Wednesday…. Still no reply however in this time I was getting promo emails.

Decided to block my card and get a new one as I couldn’t get in touch either anyone and today - email has arrived stating that my order has been paused: I paid £15 to trial. They’ve tried today to take £74.99 out my account for the same product.
Please be wary guys. I’m still awaiting a response to cancel. And it’s actually a shame it’s so expensive because the product is actually good - not worth £75 though.

I first requested to cancel my subscription on January 29th. It is now March 23rd, and my subscription is STILL not canceled.

Instead of processing a simple cancellation, this company takes weeks to respond and then sends the same scripted messages over and over again, asking why I want to cancel or trying to convince me to keep using the product.

I clearly told them I lost my job and cannot afford this anymore. That should have been respected immediately. No one should have to repeatedly explain financial hardship just to cancel a subscription.

I have asked multiple times to cancel. Each time, they ignore the request and try to offer discounts, store credit, or tell me to keep using the gummies for better results. Even as recently as March 22nd, they responded again with the same tactic instead of canceling.

There is also no clear or easy way to cancel on their website, which makes this feel intentional and extremely deceptive.

This is not customer service. This is avoidance and delay.

At this point, it feels like they are deliberately making it difficult to cancel so they can continue charging customers.

Do not sign up unless you are prepared to fight just to cancel.

I ordered from them one time and unknowingly "subscribed". Once the second order came, I asked them for the return label and to cancel my subscription. It took 5 emails of them repeatedly asking me if I actually wanted to cancel to finally tell me they cancelled the subscription. Fast forward to the next month, I received an order from them. I was confused because they confirmed with me they cancelled the subscription. It took them an entire 2 months of back and forth emails just for them to say "After reviewing your order, the maximum resolution we’re able to offer at this stage is a 50% refund. This is the best option available based on the order status and the processing timeline." THIS WAS AN ORDER I HAD NO CONTROL OF AND WAS BASICALLY LIED TO. I SPENT MORE MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT BC OF THEIR MISTAKE. If you don't want terrible customer service, I suggest you don't use this company. The product didn't work either by the way.

SCAMMERS.

Bought on deal buy 2 get 2 free - only received 2 packs. These were falsely advertised as a gummy to help balance womens ph and health. Received as a pheromone gummy to attract males. Absolutely would not have ordered them if I’d of known this 🤯 I emailed straight away as I noticed a subscription had been set up without my knowledge on the email receipt of my order. No reply. Received my order last week, what a load of rubbish they’re literally just sweets sold at a ridiculous price. Yesterday not even a week after receiving my order I have had a payment for £75 taken from my account and more are now on the way, despite me sending numerous emails and getting no reply. There is a section on the site that says ‘manage my subscription’ and all it does is prompts you to send an enquiry. Zero option for you to manage yourself and you will not get a response so the only option I have had is to cancel my card to prevent them from taking more money. Please PLEASE avoid this company at all costs. Also, these are shipped from china, despite saying ‘made in the US’ on the packaging.

Never received my order! Or even got a response back from the so called company! Such a scam!

Never have received any of the products reached out to the company they gave me some fake tracking numbers after a month told me that it was en route I have never received this product they have charged me double within the last few months as though if I signed up for an subscription which I never did. If I could save anyone the trouble please do not order from this website it is a scam don’t listen to them don’t order

They stolen over 126 dollars out my account and I will do my best with getting this site taken down

Last month I cancelled my subscription and I have the email to prove this. Then this month I was charge again 66.93 for a product I don’t want
I was told I couldn’t stop the product and next month they would give me half off.
I don’t want your product at all all I want is my subscription to be cancelled

Horrible! Waste of time and money! Used mg card info AGAIN without my permission ! Disputing and canceling my card because of these stupid fake candy!

I love the chocolate nurri protein shake. I have been buying it quite frequently for a while now. Recently the company had a big promotion on all flavors then almost immediately double the price of the chocolate flavor, raising it above the normal rate considerably. I, and my friends who previously purchased Nurri, are not in a low tax bracket. We would've paid the higher price had it been done correctly.
As a business owner, I completely understand doing an active market risk analysis, but the pricing hike seemed so incredibly noticeable that it felt like a greedy betrayal, and a gross misdirection of business planning, thus breaking faith in the overall brand even more. The overall message seemed to be, "we don't care about our loyal customers as much as we care about money." I have switched to another brand, as have several other people I have chatted with.
While building a brand, risks are definitely needed, but if a risk is so extreme it impacts your loyal base, it might need to be evaluated.

This company auto enrolled in a subscription i did not sign up for. Billed my credit card for it, i contacted their customer service multiple times. Instead of helping me i just recieved back the same auto generated message. Which im assuming rhey do to everyone so they can keep stealing their money. DO NOT ORDER FROM.

This company is a scam do not buy from them. They put you on subscription and I have recieved my package the first time around and never knew they were going to charge my account again. Be careful and read the fine print. I been taking these gummies and they do not work. All you are doing is eating regular gummies. Not real!!

Absolute scammers. Do not place an order. I'm still waiting and it's been 10 weeks. They're ignoring my emails. They have my money and I've got no product!

Never again so I paid 36.00 for my order on December 14th I finally received my order January 13th I go to pay another bill and my account is short by 82.00 because Nurri decided to take my money without my authorization. I had to cancel my card and go through the hassle to get my money back which I’m still waiting never never never again!!!! Use a pre-paid card if you ever decide to order with this company oh and the product is giving cheap roll on oils I could of purchased from the local beauty supply and gummies as well completely just a waist of my time and money .

They steal your money. It’s ridiculously hard to cancel a subscription that they trick you into buying.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s so sad that these online companies like NURRI are stealing money from customers. I woke up to a text from this company thanking me for a purchase that I never made. I had to cancel my card and make my bank issue me a new card and this evil scamming company NURRI was able to find my new account somehow and charge my card again for a product I told them I am not interested in.

Please start reviewing these online companies before you purchase. NURRI is a scam company offering a product that doesn’t even work. They will continuously try to charge your card even after you change your card. Good luck.
