Unfortunately I too have been scammed by this company “NURRI.shop”. You are AUTOMATICALLY subscribed when you support their business WITHOUT you knowing it, and once you do realize and attempt to contact them via phone, YOU CANNOT CALL THEM. When you EMAIL the a subscription cancellation request, they IGNORE YOUR CANCELLATION REQUESTS and THEY CONTINUE CHARGING YOUR CREDIT / DEBIT CARD and ROB YOU until you BLOCK them. So BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY from your financial account. The “NURRI.shop” are SCAMMERS. I hope they get caught by the Internal Revenue Service’s FRAUD Department. Thanks.

Never received my order. I had to contact my bank for a refund. They never even responded to my emails. Fake company. I ordered 12/26/25 order # 84223.

If I could give no stars to write this review I would. I ordered back in July and sent several customer device emails, and respond back was they if was either still being shipped or in transit. It’s been 6 months-no response, no product. I was charged. It’s maddening to see the many ads and comments of people’s success because these are PAID people doing the ads and yes people are paid to comment and do reviews as well. I don’t trust this business and neither should you.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. I have emailed them numerous times to cancel but I keep getting the runaround sobi canceled my card. My gut instinct told me to do I did. It is definitely a fraud company because their website doesn't work mist of the time. It keeps saying it's not a secure connection. So beware of this scam ladies!

I’ve had the same experience as one of the ladies on here. My card was hit for $134!!!! I asked for them to not ship 6 bags of gummies! The didn’t answer me sent them anyway!!-offered 20% off which I don’t want I want a return label and a refund! I had to get a new card which I’m now waiting for in the mail and I also blocked you people for 5 years! You should be ashamed of yourself for scamming people taking their money and if the product comes unopened and sent back I don’t know why it’s so hard to get a refund?!? These make me physically sick my Doctor doesn’t want me taking them. I’d like to know where my rerun label is and how to return! Escalate this issue to somone else! You keep messing around with peoples hard earned money you aleady have been reported to the better business bureau for being scammers and a fake company with knock off gummies! Don’t order from these people! Save your self the headache and your miney!!! If I could give 1 star ⭐️ I would!

They got money out and i even didnt order the gummies again, i wrote to the them and refused to give me my money back , knowing I didnt order them again.

When I noticed that Nurri deducted $35.43 from my bank account, I immediately contacted the company and requested that the shipment be canceled and my order refunded.
A series of emails followed in which Christeen attempted to persuade me to accept the product and offered a partial refund. I clearly explained that I did not want the product and that, since it was only being prepared for shipment and had not yet shipped, a full refund should be issued. I also stated that if the product were shipped despite my request, a return label would need to be provided.
Eventually, Christeen confirmed that I could keep the product, that no return label would be required, and that a full refund would be issued. However, it has now been nearly one month, and I have only received emails promising a refund—no actual refund has been processed.
Below is an email from Christeen confirming this agreement.

This company charged my card for an unauthorized subscription purchase. When I tried reaching out to them for a refund and to cancel this order, and all future orders, they never responded back. Do not purchase anything from this company EVER!

ZERO STARS! I bought this item once to try it out. It's snake oil. I didn't realize it was a sneaky subscription when I ordered. I emailed the company to unsubscribe and they responded asking why I wanted to unsubscribe even though I explained why in my email. I responded and emailed again and they haven't gotten back to me it's been about a month and a half and even charged and sent me another bag... I went to the website and removed my card I am hoping that works! Bad business, don't waste your $

Nurri is the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with! Their products do not work and they make it impossible for you to cancel a subscription. I have emailed them several times over the past month telling them I want to cancel my subscription and they continued to fill orders and take my money. I have emailed multiple times requesting a full refund for unauthorized orders and they just ignore my emails!. I would NEVER recommend anyone buy this product or deal with this horrible company!. Buyer be ware!

Total scam!!! Do not purchase!! They don't send all items ordered, put you on a subscription without your knowledge and send you an email thanking you for your next order. Go to the website and take off your card info. If you email them they give the go around so don't bother and go straight to the site to remove your card info. I learned the hard way...never again.

I bought two and never received it nor do they respond to your messages. Then when I went to look for Nurri suddenly you don't see Nurri gummies any where at all. Now I'm realizing that it's a false company that's just taking people money and were never gonna get it back

I made an order and received it. Unknown to me they automatically put me on a subscription service. I got an email that said order confirmed and this was an order for £76 that I had not authorised.
I emailed them immediately to cancel the order. Email was received. Instead of acknowledging cancellation the email was asking why I want to cancel the order. They dispatched this order although I had asked for it to be cancelled.
When I got the order I emailed again to initiate a return and refund. Christeenn and Jhoy kept bouncing me back and forth. We finally agreed on 80% refund. What do they do? They go and refund me £30 using the initial order total. We are still going back and forth from the 15th of November. They have now stopped responding to emails.
Their website has no cancellation option, you have to email them. Really a dishonest business. I am reporting this further. I need my money back

I paid for the buy 2 get 2 free gummies, the expedited shipping, and the shipping protection. However, I waited 3 weeks to get my products from paying expedited shipping and additionally Nurri chose to merely send me 2 packs of gummies. When I was supposed to get 2 free ones according to my order. Therefore, Nurri website lies about sending free gummies. and don’t pay expedited shipping because you are not going to get your packages delivered fast. Don’t waste your money!

I have the same review as everyone else. You can not contact anyone. The same offer but one get one free with gifts. I received partial of the order a month and half later with one bag only charged me $49 and then on Dec 13 they charged my card again double amount $66 for the same order I didn't get from the start. I emailed them they want to know why I want to stop subscription which I didn't ask for a subscription it was supposed to be a one time trial. I been emailing them to get this straight emails have stop and the phone number give disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have the same issue as most here. They lure you with a buy-one-get-one-free offer, and then not only do you receive an incomplete order, but they also put you on a monthly subscription without your consent. I've been dealing with this since Sept because on top of all of the above mentioned, there is NO way to communicate with them since all their listed email addresses listed on their website are fake so your emails to them are undeliverable. Definitely reporting them to the BBB, CPA and the FTC and hopefully my credit card dispute will give me a positive outcome.

I ordered this back in October to try it. I never signed up for a sub monthly subscription. I also tried it for a week and broke out, threw it away never used it again and they have been trying for the last two weeks to hit my account for $40 for another order of this bullshit. I’m very upset. The site is down you can’t contact anybody but they can take your money I’m trying to contact the Better Business Bureau right now as we speak. I’ve sent two emails to this website from the in replying to them taking my money. I can’t even get them blocked through my chime account until they actually take my money. This money is for bills not for this bullshit. I’m disappointed. I’m pissed and I want my money back. I don’t want this stuff is fake is not doing nothing for you. I keep having chronic hives. It’s just bull.🤬🤬 After 7 emails to the company someone finally responds to ask why 3 times, then after 3 days they offered to refund 50% of my money and would cancel my subscription it’s now been 10 days still no response or refund as of December 27, 2025 😡

I would give them a 0 if i could. My situation is just like a lot of you all. You pay once they keep taking out of your account. Their website is also down. If they had common sense people were buying so they was getting money the right way besides the fact of scamming us into a monthly thing.
