I have been feeding my Border Collie their raw food for just over 5 years and she loves it. They are alwsys helpful and friendly. Most of the time we pickup from the store. I have shopped on line a few times and you only have to buy £10.00 worth of food for a free delivery which i thing is bery helpful. I would definately recommend Nurturing by Nature to anybody. Very happy.

Tasty Treats 😋 Moo here, I’m a staffy who controls my human unless I get my furry bunny ear. She keeps we waiting as the staff are so lovely and helpful. Wish I had thumbs to get sealy back open, those ears are so good. Thankyou nurturing by nature, my paws high five you🐾

A fantastic company. Phoned customer service for raw feeding advice for a puppy and they were so knowledgeable. The raw food is top quality and there is a great variety, including natural treats and all very favourably priced. Delivery was swift. So glad I found them.

My dog has been raised on a raw diet and he is now 6 years old
I have tried many brands of his meat but find that nurturing by nature are the best value and most convenient to use with a good choice of products
The ordering is simple and is delivered free under certain conditions and arrives promptly in an insulated box
The delivery drivers are always bright and cheerful and they deliver in a timely manner so you don’t end up waiting in
If you have and problems or queries the company are easy to get hold of and are really helpful
All and all a great company to support

Excellent local company. Have been buying my dogs food here for about 11 years now. Recently helped me out with some treats that I had bought elsewhere but couldn’t use. They gave me some free food for my dog and we donated the treats to a local rescue (who were delighted!).

Sam is a great helpful delivery lady who always brings the boxes in to my freezer for me, with a friendly smile and a warm banter.

Excellent delivery service weekly. Dogs can’t wait for their raw food and always good quality and good value. Chris our delivery lady is always cheerful and we sometimes get little treats as well as the dogs 😊

My dog tried their raw food today for the first time and absolutely loved it. It looks delicious too! Came frozen, carefully packaged, in recyclable box which the company can do, or reuse. Big shout out to Steve the NBN driver for his helpful deliver and his sweets he left me x Also found a complimentary company pen with lots of offers of further help in getting the right products for my dog. Absolutely lovely local company to deal with who clearly care for all their customers, canine feline and human. Thoroughly recommend.

Driver Carl was very prompt arrived near to estimated time , very friendly service. This is my second delivery and cannot fault it excellent service.

Both delivery drivers Sam and Steve always provide a friendly and happy service. They're always on time. The food is delivered in insulated boxes keeping it super cold. They also take away empty boxes from previous orders. Just a great all round experience.

I really love the variety of dog meat they have available. As long as they are running I shall be their customer. Always great discounts and offers available. Highly recommend.

The delivery Driver today (Sam) was lovely, a small issue with my order but she was very helpful and happy to help me get it sorted.

Excellent customer service! Ordered my puppies food online, delivered to me on the Monday morning with a smile :) Always very helpful in store, especially with new pups phasing them onto raw food! Cannot recommend enough this is a brilliant local company!

Introduced to NBN by a colleague. Website was easy to navigate and had a great selection of raw feed and treats. Placed my order and informed delivery would be 24th Jan. Received email confirmation of delivery with an estimated delivery time, which was updated to a 15 minute notice of delivery. Order was well packaged and delivered by Sam, sadly we were out but Sam left the box in a suitable, safe location along with a wee treat. Nice personal touch ! excellent quality products and service all round.. thank you NBN definitely be back for more.

Always terrific quality and prompt delivery. Very easy to reorder. Such great delivery service from the team and many thanks to the friendly new (Welsh ?) driver who made friends with the dogs. Great asset.

To feed our cats on the NBN raw food has kept them in the best of condition.
The staff are helpful, friendly and good communicators, from the shop at West Moors, the customer support, and to their super friendly driver Sam.
Conveniently packed in insulated boxes for doorstep delivery means they are delivered in deep freeze condition.

The staff are absolutely trustworthy with advice for my pups. I have a staffy that has turned out to be allergic to so many foods. They helped me narrow it down to just chicken and she has been so well and happy since this.
I sometimes have the food delivered to me and Steve the delivery driver is so lovely. I really can’t recommend them enough and their professionalism and advice.
