Flights cancelled at the last minute and money not returned
I booked flights with nusatrip for $945 only to find that they had been cancelled when I tried to do the online check-in, the night before traveling.
I could not get a refund from them, customer service said that they can only give a voucher, and it might take up to 3 months to issue - 3 months later; nothing.
The insurance that I purchased from them also turns out not to cover flights cancelled by the airline.
Customer service is dismissive and doesn't follow up. The information on their website that they will give a full refund within 30 days in the case of flight cancellation is a complete lie.
I had used them before and had an okay experience, but when things go wrong, you're on your own.
Buying tickets with nusatrip is just a gamble, so be prepared to loose your money as well as your trip.

Try to find a ticket from Tokyo to Jakarta on Nusa Trip, it turns out that the price is indeed the cheapest and the payment is easy.
Very lucky because I was hopeless with ticket prices on other websites.

Always reliable, Always works.
I’m a WNA. It’s my only way to book Citilink Indonesia. Booking is always successful using foreign credit card. Most times I find booking directly through airlines website a few thousands rupiah cheaper but can’t book using foreign credit card directly through airlines. I take it as cost of doing business. However the service is great, always reliable and always works. I will always continue booking through them.
