Nusatrip service is very good. I called the CS line and they picked up very fast. They listened to my escalation and investigated. They are prompt to revert their findings to me in less than 1 hour. I am impressed with their Customer Service . All things are settled. Excellent support , thanks Nusatrip for this awesome Customer Experience. I strongly recommend to use Nusatrip for flight booking.

Great location and silence
Great location and silence! Look at the stars at night and at the fish and coral during snorkeling in daytime. The staff is very helpful. Try a massage from Anni. She is great!

Customer support always responds within few hours of making a request and sort things out promptly - no follow up necessary. Customer support has been amazing overall.
