Harry at Nustone was great and really helpful. His knowledge was good and helped to make our final decision.

Salma was most helpful and quickly sorted out my under order and got the right tiles sorted.
Even gave up eating her ice cream to serve me, so the only way she could have improved was to give me some of the ice cream!

AVOID!! They don’t have the stock they claim to and hold your refund.
I ordered online on may 6th and was told to expect delivery in 3-5 working days, after 2 weeks had passed I called to ask when my order was going to arrive, I was told they were out of stock and it would be approx 6 weeks until they would be back in stock.
They said they had alternatives similar to what I wanted to buy and asked if I would consider these, when they sent these over there was one I said I would accept, only to be told that it was out of stock for another 4 weeks, at this point I asked for a refund ( 30th may).
It is now 3 weeks later and still no refund. Shocking company, and clearly buying stock with the customers money and ordering it in after reading other reviews now.
I ordered through Royale stones in the end for the same price - ordered on the Monday and arrived on the Friday. Try there instead. Avoid as will only leave you out of pocket.

To clarify, your order was placed while the product was marked as in stock, based on the availability information we had at the time. Unfortunately, a stock discrepancy was identified shortly afterward, and we promptly updated the product status to out of stock on our website. We always strive to be as transparent as possible with our customers when such situations occur.
Regarding the alternative product discussed, we only suggested options that were readily available in our yard. We appreciate that you showed interest in a specific alternative from the website however that particular option was also awaiting restock, which we did inform you about. We understand that this led to further delays in your decision-making process.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Had to cancel order. If not cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order they deduct £50. It took nearly 3 weeks for the refund to be processed, that is an unacceptable amount of time to wait. Emails were ignored and I was very close to raising a dispute with my credit card company. Would not use again unfortunately.

Great price and service …
The price for my Indian sandstone slabs was very competitive. Service was great and the delivery driver was very accommodating. I had a follow up call with Nimeshi and she was very polite and courteous.

Refund takes forever
We went to the show room they have some lovely slabs we picked the ones we wanted and the salesperson said be available within a week but said any problems he will call us, 3 weeks later not heard anything so I called and they informed me that the slabs wasn’t in the country so I cancel them on the 27th may I was informed that the refund could take up to 10 days which was fine it’s now 23 days later still not got the refund I called and get excuse after excuse get promised to be called back and never do disgraceful it’s really inconvenience me

Our team raised an error with PayPal’s support team and worked closely with them to resolve the matter. The refund was processed as soon as the issue was resolved on their end.
In terms of the stock delay, while we aim to provide accurate lead times at the point of sale, occasional delays with supplier shipments can occur. We appreciate that this was not proactively communicated and understand how disruptive this must have been, especially after planning around the original timeline.

Avoid!
Placed an order for a crate of 600x600 autumn brown patio slabs on 05/05/2025. Contacted nustone numerous times via WhatsApp and email to chase an update on delivery. Each time I was told different, conflicting information. The order was "held at the docks"..."the items were en route"..."the shipment didn't contain my order" - all the while the items showed as "in stock" on the website.
The 7-10 days delivery was long passed and still no actual information about when the order would be received. I was offered different sized slabs which wouldn't have been suitable for my needs. This has caused a huge delay in the work. I ended up cancelling the order and requested a refund. The email was acknowledged and the 7-10 days has passed. I was told 5 days ago the refund would be processed - still no money. I have sourced alternative products from a more reliable company who delivered when they said they would.
Do not recommend. This company is atrocious and incompetent.

On the day of delivery, the third-party driver assessed the site and determined that delivering to the requested driveway location was not safe. This decision aligns with our delivery policy, which prioritizes safety and site accessibility.
While a refusal of delivery under these circumstances would typically incur a return and redelivery fee, which is also clearly communicated on our website, we made every effort to avoid this cost being passed on to you. Our team coordinated with you to ensure the goods could be delivered to a safe and accessible location. The order was successfully fulfilled without additional charges.
We are disappointed to receive such a negative review despite doing everything possible to deliver your order safely. We always aim to provide fair and transparent service and will continue to stand by our policies to protect both our customers and staff.

Terrible customer service
Placed online order on 11/04/25 which stated Estimated delivery was 5 to 10 working days. Part of the order was for Sandstone setts.
It is now two months, 11/06/25 and the Sandstone setts have still not arrived. There have been no proactive updates from Nustone, initially when calling to enquire, I was told will be another 10 days.
The first email I received was on 01/06/25 stating they experiencing unexpected delay at the London port in releasing the stocks to their yard. Email stated they are hopeful the stock for the setts will be received within 2 weeks.
I've been told today it will be another 2 to 3 Weeks.
This is very frustrating. Our project has ground to a halt, the contractors can not complete the job.
The call centre staff, try their best, but can not help much. They also said that it is not company policy to offer any gesture of good will.
I asked to speak to a manager, after waiting for a while, was told the manager was busy and will call back. Lets see.....

Not recommended
Ordered they took the money no confirmation received at all. When contacted they said my order was a pre order stone which it specifically wasn’t on their website. They didn’t know when they would have any nor when I would get it . They then rang and asked me to pick an alternative stone !!!!
I’ve asked for a refund let’s see how long that takes.
