Terrible service
Ordered slabs with this company 8 weeks ago, still had no delivery date 4 weeks later then when I asked for a refund as I sorted slabs elsewhere it took a further two weeks to agree to this refund which I am still waiting on. Very painful to deal with

Nustone sales and after care
Harry from sales could not have been more helpful when my wife and I were selecting granite paving slabs for our patio project of 74 square metres.
The size of slabs we wanted had to be a special order and the waiting time could have been quite a while. But Harry was on it and they were shipped in a lot earlier than we expected. The four crates of granite were delivered on the arranged date and time in good condition and were craned into a tight spot exactly were we wanted it by a very professional, polite and very helpful lorry driver.
Over all the whole process went very well and the price was very competitive.
We would highly reccomend Nustone and their team at Marks Tey for any paving needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Nustone. Harry was there to greet us and had the answers to all our questions. After ordering Harry stayed in regular contact with updates on likely delivery times and didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear! It was only 15 days from placing our order to delivery. The customer service was excellent! We went for the White Porcelain, they are a yet to be layed but a perfect match for what we wanted and great quality! The price is very reasonable too! Highly recommend!

Great tiles and great service
We have purchased tiles from Nustone in November and were very pleased with price and quality.
When we decided to extend our patio it was no question to make another order from the same company. We have heard of the company going into administration and were a little worried that we may never see the order. However, after speaking to Salma at Nustone we felt confident all was well. She also informed us about the possible colour variation and sent us photos and videos for us to make a very informed decision. She was extremely helpful and professional.
There was a slight delay in delivery but it did not ruin our experience as we have received them in great condition and are very happy with the service received from Salma. She put all our worries and concerns to rest throughout the process and made the transaction stress free. The fact that she was able to send us photos and videos of the tiles and discuss this with us in detail really made such a huge difference to us.
Thank you so much. We definitely will be purchasing again and recommending this company to our friends.

The products are never in stock and you wait weeks
This is the second time I have tried to order from this company the first time I had to cancel the order because they told me it was in stock and a month later the product still hadn’t arrived so I cancelled the order. I foolishly then ordered different product a few months later which again they said was in stock and I’m still waiting with no update on when it will be delivered I keep getting the same boiler plate email that it will be 5 to 10 days, well it’s well past that time already. Don’t believe their website when it states that the product is in stock and don’t believe the customer service agents either.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service! Would never use again.
Placed an order on 12th June 25. When placing the order website said delivery would be 5-8 working days. Later email arrived stating delivery would now be 5-10 working days. Spoke to a member of staff who then quoted 10-15 working days delivery.
After 10 working days I had not received my delivery so i rang and was told there was a problem with the quality of my order as such it would be another 2-3 weeks until I received the product. At this point i canceled the order. (I reordered with a slightly more expensive competitor and got the product 3 days later).
I got confirmation of cancellation on 23rd Jun 25 and was told 5-10 working days for a refund. After 11 working days and no refund I spoke to a member of staff who gave some excuse about failure in the bank system. Funnily enough later that day the refund showed as pending in my account.
Stay clear, happy to take my money but not so quick to sort problems. In total they had my money for nearly a month before I finally got it back.

Nustone has apologised for my bad experience, they have also informed me that this will never happen again to any further customers, I was able at very short notice to buy my slabs from a local supplier which were more expensive and I am very happy to say Nustone reimbursed me for the extra cost.

Ordered Patio stones online which were showing a delivery date within 5 working days.. i called customer service to get an update a week later and they advised me they are awaiting stock and can take two weeks and to choose an alternative from current stock they held.
I requested a refund and after three calls still not been refunded, it has been 4 weeks.. i have took this matter up with paypal but these guys are horrendous
