Useless service
Useless service, took my money then prevaricated over a 6 week period where the item was with a whole raft of dodgy excuses as to why it had not been delivered. Totally unreliable, would not use again under ANY circumstances.

Excellent service from this company.Pleasure to use they went out of there way to help me with a replacement wheel I had difficulty tracking down. Ordered wheel today through there website very easy to use. Two hours later wheel dispatched and on its way to me. Took 2 months to find part wasn't available.
Took about 2 months to find out the item I ordered was not available. Zero updates except when I asked for progress about 1 month in, and was given incorrect information. The tiny cheap parts I ordered that were in stock arrived after 2 months because they were waiting to send out the whole order together. Receive a partial refund in the end, but was not contacted to find out what I wanted to do at any point.

Apologies cant mend bikes !
Ordered some parts for my C90 from these guys, long story short almost a month later no sign of my parts , had several chats with them about the missing parts ,told it was circumstances out of there control and lots of apologies. Gave up waiting after nearly the month and asked for my money back, which they did within 24hrs, wish the parts were delivered that quick!!! iwould be riding my bike not writing reviews !
Very Disappointed.
