I've been in the motorcycle trade since 1986.
I ordered two parts for my Honda Dax.
Part numbers dont relate to correct bikes.
Asked to return wrongly sent parts only to be told it was my fault for ordering wrong parts.
I gave them my chassis number which was clearly a Dax 1989 ST50, they said it was an ST70.
Not a clue.
Go elsewhere if you want professional service.
Clever attitude on communications.
So for return postage credit, they have lost my business.

Really, really disappointing. Not sure what has happened to Nutjob. Good service to start with, all parts arrived albeit a little delayed. However, the last two orders have not been fulfilled. One half delivered, the second just cancelled without any communication as to why?
Refunds given but minus circa £10 exchange rate/fees.
I will be looking elsewhere from now on.

This company is dreadful. So much so they don't have a phone number for you to complain to them.
Avoid like the plague.

Tried to order over €300 euros of parts , for one of those parts I needed to clarify which of two options I needed to request ...After ten days, many requests and failed “chats” no responce and ask for phoning to speak, forget it they just won’t let you , do yourself a favour and go to a professional company ....

Orderd part took money still waiting for part email them three times had one responce saying they are waiting for my part to come from honda it will be with them on or before the 8th September still not heard anything never order from them again

Only received half of what I ordered, no response from them so having to get my money back from credit card company

Cancelled my order after 2 months waiting with no communication.

Honestly super friendly and helpful, no issues with a wrong order very helpful and quick to respond. 100% would recommend to buy from. Fast shipping.

I could give it 5 stars but I won't do it because of an email about a discount on the next purchase, I had done a simulation for a second purchase of parts for my motorcycle, without the discount the shipping would be free, but if I put the discount code, the freight is charged which comes out at almost the same price, so what's the advantage, I still need the pieces but I'm thinking a lot if I buy from you or if I keep looking for Online.

They sell parts they don't have. Only when you reprimand they pretend that the parcel has been lost at the post office and only then return the money. Of course, you lose the difference in GPB / Euro exchange rates. In addition, very high prices for parts, elsewhere you can order cheaper. I do not recommend.

Warning! Avoid this company. Ordered two item. One costed 148 euro. And the other 2 euro. After 2month I received the cheap part. The expensive has not arrived yet. Tried to contact them several time but get no response back. SCAM

Nutjob seem to be able to source hard-to-find or obsolete Honda parts, or at least they have them listed as available on their website.
I placed an order for 2 items. When the package arrived it contained just one item, although the accompanying invoice still showed the 2 items I’d ordered.
I tried to make contact with Nutjob, to ascertain what was happening - did they not have the other item? Would it arrive separately? Would I get a partial refund for the missing item?
My contact received an automated reply but no follow-up contact or reply.
I then made 2 further attempts to contact them and, again, no return contact whatsoever was forthcoming.
Truly appalling service. They may have the parts but clearly have little idea about customer service.

Like a previous unhappy buyer, I had to ask for my money back on Facebook.

It took over 2 months to arrive. I had no updates and you didn’t send my whole order. One part was missing. Terrible.

Ordered a part for a 2000 Honda Gold Wing. They withdrew the money from my account. Had the money for 4-6 weeks. When I inquired through Facebook, where my part was, they informed me they didn't have the part. They did refund my money but I was the one that had to make the inquiry for the return. I feel they should have returned the money WITHOUT me having to inquire. If I hadn't inquired, I feel they would not have automatically returned my money.

Goods arrived very fast, exactly what I ordered, what else would you need? Generally very happy.

Quick delivery and price was better or matched anywhere else I could find. Mike, Cork, Ireland.
