Untrustworthy!!! They offer parts, which are not available anymore, take your money and never send item (which is not availale at Honda anymore). If you do not complain via Paypal, they do nothing. You loose your money, if you forget to ask where your order ist. Meanwhile, they work with your money. Very untrustworthy. I had this with 2 orders. If you need Motorcycle parts, better shop at cmsnl.com They show realtime, if part is available, and you are only able to buy it, if it is available! And they ship fast and you always get info about status of your order.

The correct parts on time every time I've ordered competitive prices

Genuine honda parts, delivered quickly for much less than dealer prices. What more could you want.

I ordered seven items and although they charged my card for the full amount (€114) only two items arrived and no explanation.
I have emailed but no response. I have another smaller order with them and I don't know if I'll ever get that. The lack of communication is disgraceful. I'll never use them again. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

ordered parts that wouldn't be regular turnover items, I had no real expectation on shipping time as Honda can be slow..they arrived quick smart OEM Honda, I was very impressed. will definitely use again.

Not impressed. They took my money for something they did not have and could not get. Later issued a refund but I think they should not have taken the money in the first place.

Some orders can take time and I would use again if Nowhere else can supply a part. but I was waiting 2 months on a spring, no response to emails, finally a response on messenger, they'd look into it. day later refund sent to me, no message, no further responses on messenger. pretty sloppy communication. ordered same spring from csmnl and it arrived a week later

Edit: I'm really surprised by the high rating the company has on this and other sites, I've used them half a dozen times and they would be average to fair at best

Disaster, 5 parts ordered and only 4 delivered. The most important thing is missing. The other parts are now also useless. No information about the part or for subsequent delivery. There was no response to emails, so I contacted PayPal.

While the service itself is fine I felt the design of 'Nutjob' website could be better. More user friendly perhaps !
