I've just has a horrible experience with this company. After losing my beloved pet, I went to try and cancel a subscription only to find out, despite them.saying it's easy to cancel, there is actually no option to cancel, yes you can pause, you can even choose a new product but can you cancel - no! I emailed them, and they said there is a problem and I'd have to wait until I got the product and then email them and get a return label. I found their whole attitude severely lacking and even rude at times. They have said they will refund me minus postage, even though it was their fault. Very disappointing customer service!

Efficient, friendly and responsive.

I have been using the dental powder on two older dogs who had tartar and one had terrible breath. They are too old to go under anaesthetic for a teeth clean so after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. I have been amazed at the results, three pots in and their teeth are nearly white, their breath has improved dramatically and it is so easy to use bu simply putting on their food. I have recommended this product to other dog owners.

The Dental formula water additive is working slow but sure on our retriever's teeth. It gets delivered on subscription, so no accidental running out, and if you do, delivery is quick and easy if you want it yesterday

Like many other reviews on here, I purchased once and was put on a subscription. I was under the impression I would receive a reminder email before the subscription was renewing, which I did not receive. I emailed customer service an hour after the subscription renewed and explained that I never received any reminders and since it has only been an hour, I requested the order to be cancelled. After back and forth emails with customer service and them trying to get me to take the product or try giving my dog the powder form (I declined many times and kept repeating that I would just like to cancel and get a refund) I was told that it is now too late and they can’t cancel because the order is already gone to their fulfilment centre. As an online business owner myself, I would NEVER go with a fulfilment centre that doesn’t give my customers the option to cancel the order within the first few hours…I was forced to wait for the chews to arrive and send them back. I only realised today it has been quite a while since sending the product back, and still no refund. I emailed customer service again, to find out my refund has only been initiated today (8 days after the product was delivered to them) and they had also deducted me the postage fee, despite me asking for a full refund because I did not receive the reminder email I was meant to receive in the first place, this request was completely ignored. Absolutely horrible customer service, majority of their money is probably made from these so called subscriptions and deducting their customers the postage fee for a product they didn’t want in the first place!

No effects from their products and after cancelling still sent and charged my account for another order

Our dog's breath has improved and teeth seem to be less discoloured. Takes a while to see improvement but worth waiting for.

I decided to try them out. She loves them, the gunk in her ears has disappeared - she is now staying on them! they do exactly what they said they would.

My English Bulldog was suffering from terrible cysts and growths on her paws. Vets had tried a number of medications, the last being steroids, which caused her to have vacant seizures.
We stopped all medication and gave NutriPaw a go on the recommendation of friends.
The results have been amazing and even our vets have started to recommend the product to clients based on the difference it has made.
Any dog i have will take these supplements as standard now.
They are genuinely incredible and changed my Dorothys life for the better

I chose this product because of its natural ingredients and suitability for all ages of dogs. My Doberman puppy is highly sensitive and has crazy zoomies after her last meal of the day.
After waiting the initial couple of weeks
(explained on the tub), she was calmer. As she grew bigger, I found that the dose was less effective, so following the directions printed on the tub, I increased the dose with positive results.
I can certainly recommend Nutripaw calming tablets if your dog is as excitable and highly strung as my girl.

Great to try these as a free sample. Dog enjoyed them and I know they're good for his teeth

We have great difficulty for our dog to take the chews. We have tried adding it to his dinner, cheese, ham. He just knows it’s there.

Our beagle was itching and licking his paws constantly. He was clearly uncomfortable, and it was driving us mad too.
After looking at all sorts we came across nutripaw it had great reviews. I was still hesitant because we had tried all sorts over the years but it really seems to have helped. His paws are definitely not as itchy since being on them and I wouldn't take the risk of stopping them. We have been really satisfied and will continue to be a return customer. Thank you from us and our beagle!

No difference to my dog even after several months of using. Tried to cancel subscription several times, heard nothing back, just another company that want to take your money not interested in customer service

Great product and prompt service

The treats are definitely making a difference to the level of anxiety my dog displays. There is a noticeable difference if he does not have his calming treats. Having the product on subscription means I don’t inadvertently run low.

Definitely made a difference to the cleanliness of his teeth and breath is much fresher!

Ordered the powder and then received it again a month after which I never ordered. Was told that I had signed up for a subscription which I hadn't. Had to mess around and cancel the subscription. After many emails to them requesting a return label sending to me so I can return the unwanted powder and get a refund
